K.I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. I visited the Te Rapa store twice and on both occasions was blown away by the level of genuine engagement and willingness to assist me with my search for the perfect pair of hiking boots! Despite my numerous questions, the team were patient and spent a good deal of their time helping me to find a pair of boots to suit my needs. I’d like to thank Jarrod and Ayesha in particular for their input and authentic care - they’re absolute super stars! Jarrod’s insider knowledge on extreme hikes, camping, caving etc were most appreciated and added invaluable insights + inspiration. I would also like to mention that both Marjorie and Rain (not directly involved in my purchase) were awesome to chat with and added to my overall positive experience in this store. Thank you so much - can’t wait to get out on the trails this summer!!
L.The service is amazing! We had the intention of getting a dome tent and because we thought of other things, Jordan and Marg were able to help us out. We were given a breakdown of each item from what was fitted to maintenance and cautions. We were amazed at the service more than the items themselves. We are more than happy and excited to use our new camping gear. If we intend on getting more, I guarentee we will be back for more. I highly recommend this store not only for amazing service, but for high quality items.
I also was just reminded from my husband that in fact, Jordan sold us our tent the last time we went there which was a year ago so we thank Jordan 😀

e.Marjorie is the MVP of this store..she was very thorough in making sure we got a collapsible trolley before New Years when we went away. So grateful for her fantastic follow through and service.
I.The team are a great bunch of people and very helpful. They were very insightful and also very willing to go the extra distance for a customer, nothing was an issue and put me first. Good knowledge of the equipment, however probably a touch up on their knowledge of xt series vs the other equipment would of been good. Otherwise very pleased with my visit and my purchases.....will start to put the equipment through it's paces!
