Working in Hamilton & worrying about what I was going to wear for an upcoming black tie event. Stoked to discover Centre Place Mall is open late night Thursdays, so I go in for a stealth shop. Go through all the shops - nothing suitable. Try Pagani - wow! Absolutely brilliant for a variety of formal dresses! Rachel served me and was so helpful and patient while I tried on (what seemed like) a bazillion dresses. Rachel advised honestly and on matching accessories. I spent $104.99 for a funky formal dress & accessories - to wear for one night only. The price point was right - the service was outstanding. Thanks Rachel for helping me out - well deserved 5 out of 5 stars.

Kate at Pagani was amazing and super helpful! She not only provided outstanding customer service but also gave me a boost of confidence and shattered some insecurities I thought I had! Super super greatful for getting such wonderful service as well as a beautiful dress! Thanks Kate! Definitely coming back again 😄

One of the staff members were super helpful even though the dress wasn't suited to me I appreciated the effort when she helped me find it to try it on.
