O.A big thank you to the Manager of the Taking Shape Chartwell store, who went above & beyond to sort an online order. It should have been a straight forward process but was anything but. Taking Shape head office in Australia failed miserably & seems to have no idea what customer service is.

M.I had the most lovely service from Kendal today. I noted that she was serving quite a few ladies at once and taking calls too. Everything that came out of her mouth was something to be really proud of. So patient, kind, and just all round sweet. Nothing was too much trouble and she handled the rush with ease and grace. s.I came into the shop after seeing a dress online to see if it was in the shop. Unfortunately it wasn't but I was told no problem with ordering it in. I was unsure of the size I'd need. The sales woman suggested a size and reasurred me that if it didnt fit I did not have to ho ahead with the sale. I picked the dress up today and it's perfect. No alterations needed.
V.Loved a top, but didn't have my size. The staff sourced the top I needed in the Napier branch, and it arrived the next morning. Fantastic service.
