I was struggling to get the jeans in my size, as my size is not common here in NZ. The staff here were able to order them for me from Australia and held them until I was able to get in and collect them. Super friendly and helpful, they will be my 'go-to' store when I need new jeans. A shame other retailers can't follow this example of great customer service
