R.My husband and I were visiting from Tauranga. Hubby bought some trousers and we were delighted to have them hemmed and posted ready to wear within a couple of days. Thanks so much for the helpful and friendly service.
G.Huge shout out to the team at Thompsons but especially the beautiful Courtney. She assisted me in a moment of need after I left my clothes behind in Rotorua for a funeral in Hastings. After a prewarning phone call, Courtnel had arranged a selection of suits to view, then within 15m of arriving she had sorted a suit, shirt, tie, belt and then had the trousers hemmed and ironed the shirt. Incredible lady!!

D.Fantastic, friendly, speedy service! I needed a pair of pants hemmed rather quickly and I took them in on a Sunday and had them back Tuesday. They even delivered to me in Napier. I was so pleased with the service. I will absolutely recommend and return in the future.

W.The older gentleman with hair, served me. Approachable at first. Very knowledgeable and with that helpful. But I was getting a negative energy from him, because I was in my rough work clothes and I was only after something small.
