C.A vast improvement both in service and general shop layout.Of late, shop appeared to be cramped with stock set out as if a "bazaar" with loud "pulsating" music and "over enthusiastic" sales staff. Today the assistant was "calm" and attentive and most helpful with no great pressure. Keep it up HB - you are back in favour with this customer!

B.Had checked your website before heading into store,within seconds of entering fantastic customer service,noticed me and straight to help.I wanted a suit combo and a two button jacket.Wonderful man got my sizes right on first go,allowed me to mix pants n jacket due to my button preference.Also was looking for certain shirts and he knew exactly what I wanted and took me straight to them after I choose my suit combo.Fantastic service,good quality.Will be back.
I. S.I love a lot of the clothes that are available, but as a moderately tall person I feel very forgotten when it comes to buying Jean's. There are no jeans that offer a long leg and come away deeply disappointed.
Why dies Hallensteins only stock for the average person. To stock Jean's that
have a little more length is surely not too much to ask
