D.I love going into the store. You are always greeted with a smile by the friendly staff. They are always willing to help you and give you honest feedback on your choices of clothes. Sometimes I just go into the store for browse and a chat and nearly always end up coming out with a purchase. I am a Taking Shape convert and look forward to seeing what's new in store. Loving the new arrivals in store at present.
M.Love this shop. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Had a fashion styling which I loved and discovered a style of jeggings that look really great on. Had thought I could never wear them. It has now becomes my go to shop for clothing.

L.Of ALL the retail shops in Invercargill this one has the very BEST service. You feel welcome without being overwhelmed, and its always such a joy to shop there. If staff are busy they still acknowledge you. Well done. A lot of bored shop assistants could take an example.

A.I live in Melbourne and already have a great experience of Taking Shape My whole wardrobe is TS I rang to organize a voucher for my mothers birthday (81) Not only did Delwyn organize a voucher she organized a styling session. My Mother had the best time, she was thrilled She left feeling special and like most of us a convert. My brother died 3 months ago so it was particularly heart warming Thank you Delwyn for your kindness and care
