Would love to share my experience at the Lower Hutt branch Dotti where I visited yesterday around 10am. I had an outstanding experience. Super friendly customer service,very efficient. Sorry I couldn't get the shop assistants name. Upon arrival at the shop she greeted me in a professional manner and was very prompt to answer my queries. Would highly recommend Dotti Lower Hutt if your looking for good bargains,ample stock n sizes plus an excellent customer service.

Lovely, friendly, and helpful staff. One staff member picked up our wallet and waited until she saw us walk past later and chased us to return it.. that was top customer service and we appreciated it so much.
