j.Really like your shop and the hand written notes we get with the parcel but somethings are really slack. My partner has been waiting a month for wheels. After you guys sent the wrong ones after you listed the wrong colour online. We promptly send wrong ones back but you guys didn't check your p.o box you said? The return service needs to change, you said you would send us a return bag asap. Still didn't come. We have messged you on facebook hopefully can be sorted.( edit) - we got a big apology message and wheels will be sent out asap. Thank you for apology. We will still shop with you guys 😀

B.40 year old dad getting back on the deck to try and keep up with my kids :-). Hit up Empire to give me some direction as Ive been out of the game for a good couple of decades! Olly jumped on board to guild me through the board selection process. I didn't want a beginner board but didn't want to spend a fortune so they fine tuned my re entry level set up and sorted me out. This was all done while in lockdown and now Ive received my board and fully amped to hit the ramp again. Thanks heaps Empire Skate! Went the extra mile for me which Im super grateful for. Might be up for a stack hat next :-)

Customer service (over the phone) was so exceptional that I didn't even mind waiting another 2-3days for my purchase to arrive lol! Good store, will definitely shop again
