Mark and his co-worker were great! They remembered when I came in last time to buy my earrings and then bought another 2 pairs off of them. They were super friendly and approachable and even told us that they will be selling men's clothing soon, so my husband won't be kinda staring boredly at me looking through women's clothing! Thanks again for being super friendly and inviting! It's what the world needs! A nice friendly smile 🙂😁 keep up the job team 👍

They ran out of stock with the Gucci glasses I wanted I called and enquired and they mentioned more stock was coming in and they will get in touch with me. This was end of September and they called me today (13 Nov) and said stock came in and thankfully was able to secure my glasses!!!! 🥳🎉

I’ve shopped via online with Sisters a number of times. Fantastic range, great sale prices, and excellent service (fast delivery and very responsive when I’ve needed help). Very happy customer :-)

Have purchased from Sisters & Co a couple times now and I love the service they provide. I ordered my Deadly ponies bag yesterday morning and just received it in Auckland today at 2pm!! The team are super responsive and I love how carefully they wrapped the bag to make sure it didn't get damaged on the way. Also a big plus to receive a free scarf with the bag. I couldn't be happier :)

I have always received the most outstanding service from all the girls at Sisters & co,both in store and online nothing is ever a problem and exchanges via online are easy and hassle free. In store I am treated like a valued customer at all times even though I am not one of the top customers ....this just does not matter...... I am grateful to have such a great store representing world class fashion labels here in Mount Maunganui. I have many friends who use the online store and also call the staff directly to send items of clothing nationwide. The website is easy to navigate and regular emails keep me well updated with the newest fashion ideas. I can't thank Rodelle and her highly polished staff enough !! so here is a bouquet to you all ... BIG SMILE.

Can't speak for in-store experience, but their online services and delivery is worthy of 5 stars.

If anyone is looking for an alternative option, for shops with similar stock but friendly service - I would recommend Sisters on London (a different business). Smith & Caughey also offer many of these labels online, and Wendy's boutique - or buy from the designer direct. I have started doing this too. I have mainly purchased online, and have had excellent service online. I too have noticed, in store, that customers are treated in a similar manner to that scene in Pretty Woman, where she gets basically told the clothes are too good/expensive for her, tand that she should go. I saw my mother get the cold look-over when we went through. She absolutely loves fashion, and it is so sad to see a shop that she is so excited to visit, her treated like that. It made me decide to not bother trying anything on when I saw that. You get the whole look, like "you don't belong in here". What, do people have to come in wearing Gucci or carrying their Birkin handbag to get any type of decent service - or hand their gold credit card over first off? In my experience this is incredibly naive of these sales girls, and there is no place for that type of arrogance when working in customer service.

The best shopping experience! Awesome selection of brands and depth of stock. The coffee is ace, and the team lovely. Not just clothing and shoes either, beautiful giftware; I regularly smash my Christmas shopping here. This place is a mount gem.

I don't know why the shop has such bad reviews. I placed an online order on Monday and then placed another on Tuesday. I needed them to be combined so I'd save on postage. They were able to do so and the package arrived in Sydney this morning. I'd shop there again.

I always enjoy going into sisters, the team make you feel not only so welcome but really special. The service feels very personal as if you’re only the person they’re looking after at the time. And their brands are the best!!
