Go the extra mile. While I was shopping there yesterday I came over very faint the lady rushed off and came back with a bottle of cold water and made me sit down in the dressing room until I felt better. A big thank to her and the wonderful staff at Otaki.

S.I came in to look at shoes and wondered around picking a couple out till the loveliest lady called Amanda came and sat me down and just started bringing shoes to me to try on, giving me honest feedback which Is so valuable and also just chatting the whole time. I had the best experience, I normally hate shopping as a bigger girl, it isn’t always a nice experience. But Amanda made it so much fun.

R. D.I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Almost too much selection for this Shopaholic but the ladies in the shop are fabulous. You get a lady assigned to you who will look after you and help you find what you want. No pushy salespeople here just genuine lovely ladies who want you to look and feel your best. I had a fabulous experience in this shop after walking in and feeling overwhelmed. They looked after me and I had a great time. Found what I wanted/needed (and a few things I didn't!) but looking forward to returning and shopping there again
