Me and my niece went into this store last week and received outstanding service from one of their workers, Aria. My niece suffers from severe depression and I thought I’d treat her to some nice clothes. Immediately Aria greeted us and let us look around. She approached us again and I explained I would like to treat my niece to some nice vibrant clothing. She grabbed my nieces size, asked what her favourite colour was and showed her so many different outfits to choose from. We spent about an hour in the fitting rooms trying to determine what my niece loved and what she didn’t like while having some entertaining conversations. During this time I explained to Aria my nieces situation and she was so understand and caring. My niece walked out of her fitting room in this beautiful green dress, she looked stunning. In that very moment I haven't seen my niece look so happy and confident in such a long time. I truely thank you for this experience. We will both remember this and will definitely be returning.

This is about the third time I have been in this store in the past 3-4 months. In all my visits, there has been no acknowledgement by the sale assistant, or any one working in the store. No greeting, no offer to help, despite spending around 5 minutes in the store. It doe's not have a welcoming aspect to it, and each time I have left empty-handed. Customer service is what retail is all about.
