S.Shoutout to Danny and team at Kathmandu Pukekohe!!! i cant thank you enough. very friendly team and great communication. my classic duckdown jacket lost its "puffer" after going thru the laundry and dryer. came out lumpy and flat in areas of jacket even after doing the whole process given on down liquid and dryer balls.
Danny took me thru the whole process again and kept in communication over the phone helping me thru every phase of how to do it right.
Finallyy my jacket is all puffed up and looking like new again.
