A. L.Postie, good quick shop for some good quality clothing.
Good costumer service through every visit I've taken.
Prices on clothing is worthy enough to do a great big shop there.
I put myself on a budget to only find myslef spending more.
Worth it all for a sure yes.
Baby clothing I can't believe how great a store this is for that.
Selection and styles all through, many kinds of clothing.
Then a selection of kiddy socks and beanies.
Even baby shoes and blankets.
So many choices, awesssome.
A. R.I don't often go to Postie but I went there on Sunday and both of the staff members were very friendly and professional and the products were all reasonably priced and well presented.
T. F.I did an online order for upcoming nieces bthdays around 3rd July. The service was very prompt in delivery being only 3 days after placing order. However there were some items that were wrong sizing picked & supplied to what was ordered x 3 and x 2 items not supplied at all with no explanation as to why! I went to my local store thinking I could get this resolved with them. However all they could do was swap out the wrongly delivered sized clothes & could do nothing about the short delivered items. After phone calls & messages left on a answer phone everyday to their customers services & returns I finally had to send a email of complaint to their operational team at Head Office. I immediately got a reply to this incident & it would be looked into with a reply to follow in a day or two.
I actually got a reply the following day that my short delivered items were being resent that day from warehousing, there was no shortage of stock & there was no explanation but a sincere apologies for what had occured with my whole order in general. Also an extra discount had been applied to my account to be used on another shop at any of their Postie stores including the online store. The order got finally resolved but it took two weeks in total & I missed my nieces birthdays with the delays in getting the items of clothing wanted. So I hope Postie changes how the online staff are trained to handle simple enquiries with honesty & truth & get problems resolved quickly. As far as my local branch store in Pukekohe is concerned, I couldn't fault them on this issue at all. The staff are friendly, courteous & explained the differences between the a branch store to a online store for returns or any other issues incurred by them. They did do the exchange for me which I was grateful for. But otherwise this breakdown in this alternative supply & service chain for Postie is only getting a 3 star review today

The good thing about Postie is.....
If they don't have it in stocks, you can always order on-line and if you spend over $60.-, delivery is free, or so my wife says.
