I visited Queenstown (from Nelson NZ) & fell in love with a Suri alpacca rug/throw. The staff were really helpful & said they could custom make one. I placed an order on 2/11 & couldn't believe it when it arrived this morning one week later! The rug was beautifully wrapped & presented. I've lived in many countries & rarely have I experienced this level of service, professionalism & attention to detail. It shows the staff believe in their product & customer service is really important to them. I visited this shop years ago & the staff were equally helpful then. Well done BONZ you're a credit to NZ!

The jacket is so much lighter than I thought, and it really shows the body figure. Just LOVE it so much!! The service here is excellent, staffs are friendly and willing to find the best and suitable clothes for customers. Will definitely come back to this store when I visit Queenstown again :)❤️

What an amazing store this place is. Fantastic products and amazing, knowledgeable and friendly staff. One of the best things it’s family owned and everything is made in New Zealand and the products are of the highest quality. I could not buy something for my wife, this jacket was handmade and has the signature of the person that’s made it!!!! If your in Queenstown you need to go here and even just get a souvenir or buy the jacket of the dreams.

Really easy people to deal with and super fast delivery. I had a querry which was answered/clarified the following day. The mask is well made, fits really well (snug), and isn’t itchy. Big plus is it doesn’t fog up my glasses yay.

This is the best clothing store I have found in Queenstown, with a wide range of leather and wool products and household items. The quality of the products is very good. The store is open until 10pm, which is a great shopping experience.

Hi everyone I'm very impressed by the masks that I purchased and more importantly the service There was a tiny hiccup with delivery BUT my goodness they fixed it in a flash I always say you can measure a business by how quickly a mistake can be fixed and I'm very pleased I would and have highly recommended Bonz to family and friends They really to care about their customers even after the sale has gone through Bonz you can be proud of yourself Cheers Mike

Walking along the Mall in Queenstown, NZ after a late dinner, my wife and I spotted this luxurious looking leather toggle coat in the window of BONZ. We decided to investigate, but the store was closed. I was disappointed because we would soon be returnung to the Northeast USA where winter was fast approaching, and I needed a new winter coat. As luck would have it, we found an hour to return to BONZ the next day when they were open. The salesman, Robert, was incredably helpful, he immediately pulled the coat in my size from stock, and as he slid the soft, lined, lambskin coat over my arms and shoulders, I knew I just had to buy this coat. The price was fair for the fabulous quality of the coat, and Robert arranged for me to charge the coat on my American card, ship it home for me at no charge, deduct the local tax, and he threw in a great pair of leather gloves to add icing to the cake. Anyone looking for high quality leather or knit products, or home furnishings (my wife ordered 2 alpaca pillows while I was ordering my coat), BONZ can't be missed.

Best shop in Queenstown. Totally exclusive New Zealand made products. Best place to look for the slink lamb skin jacket which is so soft and lightweight. 100% recommended!

My boyfriend had got me a coat from here and I was really skeptical when I seen the receipt. He had heard so many good reviews and had family and friends that have been and purchased from bonz. Upon wearing my new jacket I just fell inlove, in all my years in the fashion trade I have never experienced such high quality. I went into bonz and spoke to the team about the history and manufacturing of the products and they all seemed so dedicated and loyal about the company, I really appreciated the honesty and help I was provided. Whilst in store I purchased a scarf and candle, it isn't cheap, but for the quality and high end luxury, you are getting it to last you a ''lifetime'' of comfort and style. Very impressed with Wendy the manager and all the other staff, before I even touched the products I could see how proud they was to work for bonz and personally, thats what sold it for me and its so cool to watch them create there own unique buttons for the clothing items.

Great shopping experience, service and product! Wanted to buy a NZ made gift for my friend but had no idea what to buy. Fortunately, the staff who served me was helpful and knowledgeable, provided me assistance throughout. Will definitely come back again!

Have recommended this great mask from BONZ to all of my family. Easy to wash. Always get comments on it. Feel safe and secure with it. Changing the filters is easy.
