Reviews of Decode Queenstown
S.Lovely store service. I bought a coat there while on holiday and the first time a wore it a button, they couldn't replace, fell off. They were very generous and easy to deal with when amending the situation. They gave a small refund / store credit within two days of it happening. I kept the coat and just replaced the buttons with similars. They did offer full return but it was just to beautiful to give back. 10/10.
