The staff at this store is very friendly and patient. My daughter needed shoes and takes a lot of time. The two ladies that helped us guided us well and eventually we successfully purchased some shoes. The store is cute and well laid out. They had a great selection of kids shoes and many on sale. I would start here is you're looking for kids shoes in Queenstown.
