Confusing prices on the sale rack but quickly sorted out by the shop assistant. Well-organized by colour and I got some great bargains.

Just wanted say , I have always been a big FAN ! I work in town and look forward to having a good mooch in The Wardrobe on my lunch breaks . It's a style sanctuary and a treasure trove of gems. Not just the clothing but the staff also . Helen was a hard act to follow , but Kat and Annie have always maintained the high standards and excell at creating the most stylish window displays in QT ! ! ! After this last Level 4 Lockdown it was such a pleasure to receive their warm welcome back and share with the other glad customers "our normal" playful banter over the latest exciting arrivals, super cool fabrics and chic accessories to find and add to our own collections . Such a cool little shop, beautiful pre loved clothing in excellent condition. You can find some really high end stuff in here for very reasonable prices. The staff are amazing, explaining the sizes, offering assistance and having friendly chit chat. I've bought some fantastic pieces from here and its definately my go too when I need an outfit.

Always find exactly what you need when you need it when I pop in here. A great addition to Queenstown when you are looking for something stylish and affordable. My most recent purchase was a beautiful as new leather handbag that cost me $40, it definitely would have been over $200 when bought new. I love it. Helen, Jenna and the team are super helpful and honest which is just what an indecisive person like me needs, its like shopping with your girlfriends! 😀

Ive been through your store on most of my visits to Queenstown. Always a great experience. This time the staff bent over backwards to help. A shirt my girlfriend decided not to buy was sent to her in Auckland after I rang the store. Thanks heaps for making it so easy.

This place is a true gem! A beautiful store packed with quality pre-loved clothes. So many great brands and the girls are awesome - I never leave empty handed!

I absolutely adore this place. Whenever I am in queenstown it is the first place I go. I have found some of my favorite pieces of clothing here. They always have such a range of beautiful pieces avaliable. Prices are perfect for the quality of clothing and compared to how much they originally cost. Staff are super helpful and friendly. Cannot recommend enough!!

This store is amazing!! It has a great selection of items that are of great quality and very reasonably priced. The service is great and the ladies give excellent fashion advice and will go out of their way to find items that will work for you. Every time I come to Queenstown I make sure that I stop by. Most amazing shop, always find the most unique quality label clothing at the a fraction of what they’d cost new. Great if your looking for something special fir an event too, best dresses!

Fantastic shop! This is one of the best places to shop in Queenstown, with everything else being quite expensive in this town, it's great to know I can still get a designer garment at an affordable price, it's cheaper than shopping online for resale clothes and other resale boutiques that i have been to around New Zealand. It is also layed out so well that it makes shopping so much easier. The staff are also very knowledgeable about what they have on offer so if you are after a specific item, it's always good to ask them for assistance. Brilliant shop!

I've recently had a spring clean of my wardrobe and there were quite a few high quality branded items in there that were in very good condition. I know The Walk in Wardrobe Queenstown will check out your items of clothing and if fit for sale in their store, they'll exchange these items for cash. Who doesn't like cash! I must admit, it's quite exciting to learn what pieces they choose and why as it's not always the ones you think it will be so that's party of the fun of taking pre-loved clothing into the Wardrobe.

I love this shop! I took some of my clothes in to sell and got offered cash or store credit (I took the credit) and scored a 1990's Versace tee for $67 NZD! The shop is so well laid out. There are sizing beads so you find your size easily. All the clothes are clean and ironed. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Will stop by regularly from now on.

Awesome big roomy shop with clothing beautifully displayed. The staff are so friendly and helpful, nobody could go into this shop and not come out with a special "piece". Great place to bring clothes too as you get cash or store credit. always a store credit for me!

I'm not really sure why this comes up in the search results for OP Shop or Charity shop. It's nothing like either of them. It's a second hand clothing store and it's really expensive actually. $30 average for a T-shirt, a lot of garments in there for $80+, $50+ etc just for basic items which you could buy new for either the same price or cheaper elsewhere. Their mens section is tiny too so there is hardly any choice. Staff were friendly and the shop was clean.

My wife found a bunch of really nice pieces at a fair price. The men’s section is rather small but I still got a pair of shorts and a nice shirt for about 50 $ altogether. We both left happy! :)

Love shopping at the Walk in Wardrobe. The staff are great, good selection of items in the men's section. I find items very well priced compared to trade me or other used clothes shops and when selling to the shop I found the price offered always fair. Always worth a visit!

Wonderful shop and gorgeous lady who worked there knew what styles and colours were great for you. Me and my friend were in there for ages trying on all this different stuff. It was a delight!

Plenty of pre loved clothing, mostly women's clothes with a few racks of clothing for gents. Picked up a few nice shirts for myself at great prices. Go check it out.

Never seen so many larger sizes in one thrift store (size 8 and up)! Little pricey. Great staff and store design.

Was looking for one dress and came out with two, such a great experience the people working there are so nice and friendly, I'm looking forward to visit the Walk in wardrobe again.
