J.Very pleasant staff. I was looking for a certain coloured jacket but they did not have what I was looking for. I said I would check again later. They checked for the item at other branches but none were available. Very approachable and friendly staff.
P.Returning my shoes was easy as. The manager and other staff are super nice and gave me great advice on choosing other shoes. I highly recommend.
P.I dealt with the store manager to return an item. She was nice to deal with and handled another rude, interrupting customer professionally.
Also nice to see Kathmandu moving away from bland clothing colours
L.Was buying up a storm, then sales assistant just disappeared. Found out that she'd gone on a break. When I pointed this out to another assistant he did a reasonable job of redeeming themselves.
T.We visited @ level 2. Could not enter the shop but bought a selection of chocolates, some iced and hot chocolate and some very delicious tarts. We were given a free sample of a new experimental flavor of chocolate. Worth the stop.

P.Good equipment for a general range of users. They lack some of the trick gear for serious adventures and some of the nice-to-haves for the average traveller, but the quality of their clothing is very good and will set you up for a wide range of activities.
I.they were nice, I think it’s mandated to wear masks during level 2? or atleast the higher ups asked them to wear masks but they were serving customers with the masks on their chins, seems counterintuitive.

d.Excellent shop layout and products as always. However, I was impressed with the level of service I was given by the 2 staff present. A hippie looking guy who quick assisted mid stride as soon I walked in and a special mention to Alexis who was outstanding in her demeanor. Juggling between 5-6 serious customers during my 15 minutes shopping there, they provided immediate responses to my enquiries with where to find them in the shop and went the extra mile to share product knowledge, exact percentage discounts or deals and historical in store and out store comparisons. Good kung fu.
M.Store is big enough and have plenty of products to check out, plus they have the clearance and outlet section which is great to grab some bargains. Staff is great, super helpful and super friendly... This is my go-to-store
