D.A mate and I were down from Auckland for the day and stopped in, and the team was awesome to deal with. Shout out to Sophie who helped me decide on a watch and was happy to chat and joke around at the same time! I work in customer service and this team nailed it.

J.I visited the North Beach Fraser Cove store two nights ago, and the team of ladies there were lovely!
Despite us coming in very close to close, they continued to serve my brother and I until my brother had found exactly what he needed. They ordered him what he needed and sent it to his address!
Super helpful, kind, and in no way showed any frustration for not being able to close at 6 (sorry about that, too ladies) even though I know how frustrating it may be!
Really appreciated the great service from this team 😊
