l.lovely staff who tried really hard to find my bra size (not an easy task anywhere to be fair)...but after trying on the one bra that may have fitted, (and didn't) staff were disappointed for me that there was nothing on offer. plenty of stock though, just not my size!!

I.It was ok, just a stopover from the Mount, but ended up buying some Bendon Undies.
T.Excellent selection, the same store at the base in Hamilton will have the same items but mostly sold out in the more common sizes so you aren't really left with many options. Bought 6 bra and underwear sets, none were more than $40 for the pair by excellent brands and there wasn't a single thing I had to choose something else instead because they didn't have my size.
Also the lady i dealt with was amazing, from fitting right through to me explaining comfort being more than the usual necessity due to health problems but still wanting something that didn't make me feel twice my age. She pointed out a few options and the sizing has been perfect, bras so comfortable I completely forget I'm still wearing them they're so comfy but are SO flattering and still sexy!
L.Was ok except last visit wasn't put on computer. So trying to find what I wanted was a pain. But lady was great
A.My friend had a great experience very pleased. Sorry to say my experience with a different staff member was below standard of my usual experience. Hopefully it was just a one off
W.Helpful but I couldn't spend my $20 voucher due to it being a outlet and not retail store.Disappointed. did purchase underwear though
