I’ve hired several dresses from TBC and the service is nothing short of 5 stars. You’ll find the perfect dress for any occasion and they’re always immaculate and have a beautiful scent on them. Half the time I’ve needed a dress last minute so I love how I can go in and try the dresses on. Prices are reasonable and such an easy process to hire. I was so stressed a few days before my event as my original dress fell through, but I messaged The Borrowed Collective on Instagram desperate for a last minute rental and they were so accomodating and understanding and provided the BEST customer service ever!! The dress I wanted had to be washed as it had been rented the previous weekend and it was hand-washed for me within a day and ready for me to pick up in time for my event. The only thing I would say is that the dress did have a bad smell when I got it - but nothing some perfume can't fix! Would definitely rent from here again, thank you!!! xxx
