L.I was feeling very dejected since none of the bras I tried were fitting right. One of the fitting ladies helped me find the right size first time, explaining in a very helpful friendly way. They had a really nice range of bras in my newly found size. Really great service.
G.A M A Z I N G Service! Everyone working here needs a bonus! Wow! I have struggled so much getting the right bra size and the ladies here were just fabulous! Only buying my lingerie here going forward. Absolutely zero point going anywhere else. And the change rooms are stunning!
t.Been here twice, and always provide an amazing customer service. not following around but helpful and so friendly. I love the deals they give.
A.The service is always excellent - and getting the bra fitting is well worth it. The range is also great, even including maternity wear.
D.Ok that's a difficult one. There is not much men lingerie here. Some at the back of the store. And I did not get the Japanese theme of the store either. This aside you het some nice underwear here in good quality. The staff was not able to help us but was friendly.
C.Pros:
- tidy and well laid out
- store is not huge, but is large enough with a large enough range for me and I guess, most people), and I would guess this is a typical size for Bendon stores
- excellent, air-conditioned and large changing rooms that are the prettiest I've ever seen in a Bendon store or any underwear store
- excellent, high quality products
- friendly and helpful staff
- genuine sales
Cons:
- in my most recent visit, I found the staff very pushy and at times I felt like they were barging into the changing room to show me more products or trying to get me to buy products that I didn't want. Don't get me wrong, they did it in a very sales-friendly, enthusiastic way, but it was irritating and I'm sure it would put some people off.
M.Really beautiful bras here but as I am a rather large cup size weren't a lot of options for me. Reasonable prices though and good quality bras. Entered the store knowing exactly what I wanted - had bought in store a few weeks previous. Staff did their best to assist but unfortunately didn't have the stock, even looked online for me. Agree with the sometimes overhelpful staff but a simple no thank you or I know what I want thank you is suffice.
T.Sale signage and product displays were great! I was impressed with the discounts. Colours and product range covered a wide range. Something for everyone definitely. Those who are keen on first layers more than anything else will be in for a well deserved treat. 10/10 for product range and display. 0/10 for Customer Service.

I walked out with some fabulous new sets of which I would never have picked myself if I had not been encouraged to take advantage of the fitting service they offer and they really know what they are talking about, never realised I had been wearing the wrong size bra for years!!! Agreed staff are very sales focused however this is their job and it clearly came from a helpful place of wanting to send me away with product I loved, Im sure at times it must be tough simply wanting to help and being shut down but you have an amazing team in this store and they are doing a wonderful job!

Vendedoras prontamente preparadas para ajudar. Mesmo eu não falando o idioma fluentemente fui bem atendida. Sai apaixonada pelas minhas aquisições (3 conjuntos) aparentemente eles dariam cerca de 450 dolares, mas saíram por metade do preço da etiqueta! Acredito que pela data, era depois do Natal.
