Came in to try and find a bra for my birthday, I always get super nervous when it comes to trying on lingerie but was welcomed so beautifully by Jas and Eli. They even wrote a sweet little note for me, will definitely be returning !

Received beautiful service today, I’m sorry I didn’t catch the sales associates name but she looked amazing in black velvet culottes and had brunette bob, but she was so kind and welcoming, very helpful and informative. The shop itself is so stunning, me and my Mum were amazed as we walked through the marble entrance. It feels like a designers studio I felt like sitting on the beautiful couches with a wine! Anyway I love my pieces from today, wish I lived closer so could shop more often! X

Such a beautiful store with great service! Emma in the Wellington store is so lovely, she has been so patience with me to help me find my perfect bra. I am happy to say I now have thanks to her :) everything in there is just gorgeous.

I have since received a very pleasant email from the manager, I am now satisfied my experience was not common place. She was kind and thoughtful in her dealings with me. I have reviewed my rating to reflect this. My friend and I visited for the first time looking to buy a swimsuits as they supposedly cater to women of all shapes, staff were dismissive of us, a well known Wellington designer arrived, her and her friend were greeted warmly, offered lots of assistance and sparking water while they continued to ignore us. An unpleasant experience and would not recommend.

LOVE this store. I find it very challenging finding bras that fit, for years I could only wear one brand which I specifically ordered from the Netherlands. Now I finally found another brand, and so gorgeous. Also great service, I appeared to have the wrong size and was told it would get bigger; this wasn’t the case. They were great about returning it.

Lonely Wellington is a beauifully designed, thoughtful space. I am always greeted by the lovely ladies that work here and they always go above and beyond to help me find what I am after. Definitely on my list of top places to visit in Wellington. Thanks to Becca and her beautiful team for always making me feel welcome.

I love this store! Always greeted by the beautiful girls who work here. Nothing is ever too much for Becca and her team to accomodate, would highly recommend visiting if you’re in Wellington.

Love this store, staff are always very helpful and never pushy. They listen to my needs and help me find exactly what I am after. A must visit every time I am in Wellington!
