Good afternoon I needed to purchase some lingerie today at the Whangarei store. Katie was busy with another customer but stopped and asked if I needed help. She asked all the right questions to find out my needs. Gave me some options and suggested I try them on while she finished with her other customer. Her recommendations were spot on. Salesperson Michelle was super helpful, could tell me off the top of her head whether they had my size in every item I asked about, quickly located and brought things to fitting room, and came up with some good suggestions too. Such genuine help is rare these days ❤️💖
