S.I got my mystery boxes delivered in TWO separate lots, so i though i'd been ripped off. My bad! I got a lot of cool assortments of items! 10/10 will shop again :)
M.I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted online by Nadirah from the Australian branch. She was very helpful and understanding without question. She was patient with me every step of the way. Not only did I get a replacement item which was the wrong size I got another replacement with the correct size. I didn't need to return the wrong size which were a brand new product but got to keep them aswell. She was an absolute pleasure to got through.
R.Great service by three different staff. Helpful, knowledge and friendly. Gave advice about new stock coming in. They were all cleaning and very attentive. We're patient too as I was shopping at closing time.
P.Would love to see a bigger shoe and accessory range and larger sizes for men and women. Store is always well presented, staff are helpful.
