J.After posting a great review about their plant based versions and noting they listen to customer feedback, they pulled them from the market. Really disappointing for me as I'm dairy intolerant so can't have their other sachet options. However, their freeze dried coffee and dairy free chocolate remains pretty good. Would be nice to see a plant based sugar free option if they're game.
L.I love my avalanche caramel latte, I have 1 every morning but really fed up when I need to buy more there are none on the shelves, can you please stock in woolies as well as Coles, it's becoming a joke now and not a very funny one.
M.Hi, I love the avalanche Italian Style, freeze dried coffee. Been buying it for over a year from New World Kumeu, but lately, within easily a months timeframe, I have noticed it is missing on the shelves.... I am so sad about that and now have to buy another brand since I can't find it now.... Would love so much for it to be back on the shelves at New World. Other brands fail into comparison over this one... Please bring it back.

P.Consistent quality, great blend and affordable price. We have settled on Avalanche Melt beans and our basic breville espresso machine can produce a solid flat white which is hard to beat by many of the coffee stops I visit during my travels around NZ.

P.Have been a big fan of the strong Franz Josef coffee since last March.
Bought weekly packet mid August and it was pathetically weak. Checked use by date etc. All ok.
Emailed Avalanche re problem. Perhaps they'd had a packing problem?
No reply email or phone.
Rang 3 weeks later and the lovely Lara took my details saying they were just so busy and the Sales Manager would definitely call me.
No phone call.
Late yesterday a courier delivered not only 1 packet of replacement coffee but 6!
Quite overwhelmed. It seems my messages were accidently overlooked.

E.Major fan of the "Chai Latte"🍵 delicious with some cashew milk and coconut sugar!!! Add a cinnamon stick for extra spice 💫
Only gripe is I wish any traces of "SOY" weren't a possibility at all!!!!
As this is a toxic by waste product of the soy industry that causes HORMONAL Disruption 👀
Avalanche please don't succumb to the industry standards and for kiwi's health consider not using any SOY at all....👍
S.Instant freeze dried coffee is the best I have ever tasted. Make it will full fat milk for a creamy coffee with chocolatey notes my husband and I are addicted. I just wish you could buy it as recently it disappeared from the supermarket shelves at Countdown....I will keep hunting for it!!! cant wait to dry the duo.
K.After spending a few months in NZ, I had been enjoying the Turmeric Lattes.
Upon my return to the USA, they were greatly missed. Now having them shipped, worth the price, will always have them on hand!

D.Fantastic coffee really dissappointed that granulated coffee was removed from countdown shelves. Still enjoy sachets but new granulated jars needs some work.
D.Sugar free version is slightly still on the sweet side but a Good quick sachet coffee!

a.As far as instant coffee goes, you cant beat it. The packaging is neat and tidy, it also upsets the snowflakes of the world!
