Can you believe that the server in Sylvia Park remembered us from Queens Mall in Wellington. Even my daughter's regular order down there (not a hot chocolate). What a pro! Friendly, yummy chocolates but an absolute fav of ours because of the Hot Chocolate. We frequent Butlers wherever we find them and encourage u22!

Bought chocolate a few times, and love Cafe Mocha flavour the most. The staff was really welcoming and passionate, greeting to us and explaining patiently about the chocolate collections👍🏻

Had a lovely cup of flat white while enjoying my afternoon session of Animal Crossing. The coffee was perfect and for the price you still get a choice of a piece of chocolate, compliment of the cafe. The cafe is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Nice range of Irish chocolate. The staff were great and it was nice to have someone so passionate about the chocolate explaining their product to us. Some very interesting chocolate flavours to choose from.

Haven't been to this place in a while. Their hot chocolate was good. The chocolate mousse cake was yum. We even got to choose 3 chocolates for us. Was yum all around.

Awesome cafe to fix your chocolate cravings! The offer a wide range of drinks (hot and cold) as well as chocolate treats such as cakes and even "hot" food items such as waffles. I really love their chocolate mousse cake. Seating is a little small, but it is definitely worth it.

Quite a nice place to get some chocolates. They have pre packed ones as well as individual ones to pick from. There is also a cafe in the back to eat in.

Nice chocolates, make sure u try the chillie chocolate...its weirdly nice... Chocolates are less Sugary 6 for $12 is real deal.. U get a free chocolate with every coffee too..

Loved the chocolate milkshake and the cookies and cream milkshake as well. Super thick and creamy. They even gave us some chocolates to taste which were absolutely melt in the mouth amazing. Cute little shop to take a break from shopping at sylvia park.

Delicious mochaccino! Not surprisingly it had a thick rich chocolate flavour, yet not overpowering or too sweet. We loved the free chocolate choice with the coffee! Our biggest question is why would you wait in line at Starbucks next door if all you wanted was a great coffee (and a little chocolate)?

I was a little disappointed at the amount of space at this Butlers new location. They're location was much more spacious and way more tables to sit at. The nice thing about it though is that the vibe is way more cozier now that winter is on its way😊

Good coffee and nice selection of chocolates. Coffee prices on the high side ($10.50 for 2 small cups) but comes with a "complimentary" piece of chocolate of your choice. Staff was friendly too.

Rude , and subpar custom service. Unfortunately i love some of the chocolates but the cabinet food and service is below average. I ve been here many times on a regular basis, i was overcharged before, served unfresh food, treated like a secondhand citizen etc Edit Sep2019 Some staff changeover has occurred. Much improved service. We are happy to return here on a regular basis. Delicious chocolates, average coffees. No comment for cabinet food. We can see that the change has also improved their customer base, the store was noticeably crowded and a more relaxed atmosphere around the staff.

I'm very fussy about hot chocolates... this "Butler's signature hot chocolate" was so good! It was like drinking melted chocolate with almond flavor to it. Worth the $5.50. Every drink purchase comes with a free chocolate. This almond boule is to die for. Have yet to try the other things on their good looking menu. Service was great, and clean open space.

Used a Grab One voucher for 2 lava chocolate cakes + a scoop of vanilla ice cream. On arrival, the older lady didn't seem to know how to smile and welcome guests as she just looked a bit miserable. Most of the other staff looks quite cheerful & happy yet that one staff member kinda ruined the mood for me. The tables were quite small, even if it's only for 2 people. Overall the food was great!! If I had to rate the food experience alone, it would easily be a 4 & a half stars. After we finished, no staff came over to take our plates away which was kind of an inconvenience as it was just sitting there for a good 30 minutes before decided to leave.

Great selection of eats, very good coffee and the Chocolates are seriously out of this world. The different types and flavours of Chocolates are great and there are numerous gifts and gift packs available as well as the Butler's Toy Bear. Very highly recommended and the Staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Good location when out for the day. Nice seating. The best was the tiramisu and the vanilla and chocolate cake to die for. The choccie as extra to my tea was much appreciated. On that particular occasion a great destressing experience.

Portion sizes look suspiciously small, but the food is so decadent and rich that you won't end up finishing whatever you order, to be honest. Chocolate lava cake is a must have, as are their small delectable bite sized chocolates. The milkshakes were also good!
