T.Visited for a cup of coffee with blueberry muffin which were all lovely. Next time should have a meal to enjoy the atmosphere and environment.
P.Busy, a heap of chairs and tables.With so many people trying to shop at the same time as you are trying to have a quiet coffee and a bite to eat. I would advise you to wait until after the holidays are over. It's a very pleasant place for a coffee and a bite.
R.Had chicken & avocado salad today, and it was absolutely DIVINE. The presentation of the food was definitely photo-worthy & the tasted SO good. Also had he banana & Walnut loaf toasted, crispy on the outside and soft in the inside which was a perfect balance with coffee. Quick and friendly service. Definitely will be back! 🥰💗
M.Absolutely amazing! Great service. It was busy but we were served very quickly. The food was gorgeous and delicious and we had a cute seat outside with beautiful flowers. Would recommend the sticky date french toast, we liked it so much we ordered it twice.
D.Cafe in a garden! Cafe Botannix is an excellent place to run to in the event you’re chased by angry raccoons around Greville and Hugh Green…. but there’s no guarantee there’s not angrier raccoons inside. Oh and someone let the staff out of the bathroom please, it’s been days.
A.Ask Brian for the Hippo! Amazing latte art! He can also do bear/panda if you want. Lots of new chef’s specials to try out too.

K.I went to Cafe botannix last week. The cabinet looks so good which makes me hard to decide. Finally I odered blueberry muffin, which is the best muffin i have ever had. The coffee was amazing as well. The service was also excellent. Everything is so amazing. I will definately come again to try other things.

P.A pleasant cafe venue set in the Palmer's Garden Centre location near Albany and Browns Bay. Good coffee and a good selection of cakes etc but not as good choice wise, as some other cafes we have frequented of late. It is a good location for meeting old friends. As there is new developments taking place nearby the parking can sometimes be a problem. Helpful and pleasant staff.
B.Fast efficient service from friendly staff with a smile. Great range of fresh cabinet food and lovely coffee.
J.Came here a few days ago, really good food, so many options on the menu, kind staff and a huge selection of sweet and savoury options.
Was seated and served extremely fast, nice place to sit and have lunch.

S.Yummy food and great service, as soon as we sat down we were given water and had our order taken, the chai latte was one of the best I've had in a long time. Also had the spinach and feta tart with the plum and custard brioche, both were delicious, will definitely be coming back!
L.Good amount of seating well spaced and option to be near a fire for warmth. Good table service for delivery of food and removal of plates. Our salt shaker was completely clogged up but that was easily remedied. Food was well cooked and presented. Cutlery was placed attentively rather than wrapped in a napkin as happens at other places, and I appreciated that.
M.I loved the food and service here. The cafe was aesthetically pleasing and had a beautiful outside dining area. I especially loved the Sticky Date French Toast. Although the bathroom was a bit sketchy, I would defintely come here again :)
J.Best coffee, the mochas are to die for.
Cozy outside seating area, the creamy mushrooms are the bomb. Definitely will be back, 10/10 service too. The staff is amazing.

S.Food was well presented but lacking in flavour. Front of house service was very poor. The woman who served us was rude to the barista directly in front of us and then failed to greet us properly. But the waitress who brought our food out was LOVELY! And it was way too hot no matter where we tried sitting, making for an uncomfortable eating experience.

S.Such a lovely cafe! Amazing staff and great service. The food is beautifully presented and tastes as good as it looks. If you have a sweet tooth I highly recommend trying out the freshly baked cakery options they have. You will not be disappointed!
V.I've been here before and didn't really enjoy my experience there as the stuff didn't seem to know what they were doing but I heard about the change of owners and thought I'll give it a second chance well to my surprise EVERYTHING was fantastic to the food the coffee the milkshake with cream and mashmellows and not to forget the service was next level all of the smile had nice big smiles on there faces :)

L.I have been here a couple of times and the surrounding are nice in the garden centre. Wendy here on Sunday and had the French toast. It was really really yummy and plentiful with more than enough maple syrup.

S.Great place and staff. Nice setting in the court yard and with the fire place going on these still cold days. The lack of a visible menu is a bit confusing and it would appear they only have cabinet food,but they have more.

c.Located in the Palmers Albany building. The food is all made on site, well presented and generous portions. The front counter service is ok, but now new ownership has left it a bit wanting. Sundays are very busy there with sometimes 45 minutes wait for food and 20 minutes for coffee.
