We popped in today for lunch and the food was delicious! We had the chicken & salad lunch box special, spinach & feta roll, zucchini chips and a beef roll. The staff are so kind hearted, helpful and happy. The cafe itself is fresh and vibrant with beautiful art for sale on the walls. Looking forward to dining here again.

16Dec17: Forgot how awesome this cafe was. Good to see that they only improved from what was already amazing a year ago. Must visit if you are in Auckland. Also its for a good cause. Year ago: A beautiful little café thats part of the community center. So eating here you will not just get great coffee and food but also contribute to good purpose as all profits goes to community center. The exterior and interior has been redone reusing materials from old buildings giving it heaps of character

Lovely service. Sadly there were no muffins which most elderly ladies ( like us) enjoy and it was morning tea time🙃. They make the Best almond milk flat white!🤗

I've been here a few times over the past few years and it's always been a pleasant experience with a relaxing atmosphere. Amoungst all the struggles going on in 2020, I feel we need to be grateful for the little things and the customer service I experienced here today really reminded me of that. The lady who served me was so warm and welcoming. It meant so much to me to have such a soothing place to go to in my community amoungst so much uncertainty and fear surrounding us all in this time. Thank you so much to the staff, you're doing a great job! 💚

Not really my favourite style of cafe. But it is our local. Coffee is good, but rarely find anything in the food cabinet that I like. Playground is great. Really well set up, keeps our son busy for ages. Seems to be in good condition.

Awesome coffee, warm and pleasant service. Outdoor seating area is pet friendly and so are the wonderful baristas and waitresses. They even have a resident cat that sometimes shows up. He's very friendly and purrfect if you approach him and ask for his gracious attention, but equally efficient in minding his own business.

My favourite cafe in Auckland. Delicious food PLUS a Not-for-profit that invests back into the community and supports local food growers and suppliers. There is also an enclosed playground which is great for parents with small children. LOVE this cafe!

Best of the cafes in Ranui/Swanson area. Really good coffee and great, organic food. They even sell fresh organic eggs and fair trade coffee beans from local suppliers. The interior is light and airy with recycled wood decor and plenty of plants. They have a kids area out the back. A relaxed place to meet for coffee, brunch or lunch.

Best scones in NZ, possibly even the world ;) Great coffee. Kids playground. Super friendly staff. Unique and ever changing menu. Community based so you are literally supporting the local community !

What a great place! This was my second visit. Their coffee and food is well priced Each of the three of us had one of their large, delicious savoury scones. Plenty of parking on site. Do visit the Cafe Korero soon.

Humble on the outside, excellent on the inside. I was served a great latte and pea mash salad on artisanal bread, with a smile and aroha. Korero is a reminder that community matters. Covered seating area out front was warm and comfortable, and indeed a great place to chat.

Best cafe in west Auckland as it is not only a social enterprise and uses local ingredients (some even from the community garden) but also has the best brownies ever. Good vegetarian and vegan options as well.

First time visit to this place for breakfast after its renovation and its amazing what they have done to the place,so cozy and warm with lots of space and even outside sitting with kids play area. Awesome coffee and the scone is a must try,everything is so organic and healthy,love how they use kumara instead of bread on the eggs benedict and also kumara as fried wedges. Very nice service too. Will definitly go back to this place.

Beautiful community cafe attached to the community centre. The space is open and light with a lovely deck out the front. I ordered the smashed avocado and poached eggs - all beautifully cooked and generous serving with great presentation. This place is more what you'd expect to find in Ponsonby rather than Ranui in terms of the menu! Caters well for those with dietary needs.

This place has amazing scones and the cabinet contains a lot of healthy options as well. The coffee is excellent and quickly made. Conveniently located at the intersection of Swanson Road & Ranui Station Road, this is a nice place to pick up some goodies before heading up to one of the numerous tracks in the Waitakere Ranges or one of the West Coast beaches like Bethells.

Nicely laid out reusing materials from previous buildings. Cheerful and relaxed. However nothing overly great about the food, slow service and wrong order. Best for sitting back and relaxing with whatever comes out to you.

In the Ranui Community Centre. Friendly Not For Profit cafe that strives to use organic ingredients. Usually a sweet gluten free offering. Kids can play in the adjacent play area. Fairly mobility accessible with ramp, toilet shared with the rest of the Centre and only a small manageable doorway lip. Nice to see the upcycled decor from the decommission of the previous building on the site. Service friendly but often rather slow and not planned well when serving groups probably because they provide training/ work experience to help young folk who are interested in a hospitality career.

Two wonderful woman in the kitchen doing an amazing job, food was so yummy. 😃

$5 for a large coffee. 6.50 for a HUGE slice of Apricot bread and butter cake (so yummy!), and friendly staff. Becoming a regular here, cause its a treat to go to.
