Staffs are very kind, foods are great which makes me go back more, price were resonable but sometime they were closed when it says open on google map 😥

I always start my day with a cup of flat white at Carlton gore cafe. It wakes me up every morning and it’s the best coffee shop in new market region. Nice environment and meal. 5 star recommended,if u haven’t been here, don’t hesitate bring you friend and family, Worth a try.

Superb food always beautifully presented, great customer service and a lovely clean spot, you can also take your dog, and they even provide doggy snacks. Highly reccomend

Really nice cafe,they offer quite ranges of tasty cabinet foods. Especially the kumara ball,never see elsewhere have them, it was really delicious!

Love having breakfast there before work! I usually get French toast (with no egg) and the chefs always amaze with the amount of fruit they provide! Great environment and staff.

Delighted Sunday brunch, relaxing environment, good service, nice staff and very pleasant, as for the food, I personally think is standard, not too much surprise, however, is a great place to catch a coffee with a friend or just simply enjoy a simple brunch. *Had creamy mushroom, which is great, not too creamy yet not too light just balance.

It is lovely place to meet friends. Inner space is bright and staff is kind. It is crowdy during lunch time because of office lunch time around this cafe.

For me, this is the number one cafe that I ever been to in New Zealand. The owner and staff are so friendly and accommodating.The FOOD is always consistently amazing, in fact TOP CLASS and well presented. The coffee is made by the owner and it’s always the best. We have been to lots of places, to eat in Auckland and so far there’s only three places that we go to every time and CARLTON GORE is then number one cafe!

Consistently delicious food and amazing service. The staff are attentive and keep us coming back every week. There's a huge range of delicious counter food for lunch and the coffee is excellent. We recommend the creamy mushrooms or classic eggs on toast for breakfast. Bravo!

Mainstay in the Newmarket café scene. Creamy mushrooms are great and worth a go for something light yet luxurious.

Bring our team here every Monday for breakfast. They do an amazing job handling up to 30 people at 7am, especially considering the size of the cafe. 10/10 would recommend for any businesses wanting to have a regular eating or coffee spot.

The staff are lovely. I'm a bit of a coffee critic and I have never been disappointed. It’s always difficult getting there early enough to get my favourite muffin, not easy as its very popular. Food is great, the venue is modern, open and comfortable. This is one of my most preferred venues.

Beautiful open and welcoming cafe in Newmarket. The welcoming and friendly accommodating waitron staff and business owner is what greets you first. The menu is varied and the staff are open to taking orders off the menu allowing for flexibility. Fresh ingredients eggs done to perfection and the best eggs bene sauce. A great early morning breakie place or avi lunch.

I had the pleasure of dining for breakfast here in July, I had the eggs benedict and my girlfriend had the hash cake things. Both means were beyond excellent! The coffee was also fantastic and the service was very prompt, despite it being a little busy. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We sat outside in their nice enclosed foyer. I will definitely be eating here again.

Have coffee here every day, consistently good. Decided to have lunch and was one of the few places in Newmarket I found a nice vegetable option in the cabinet, the vegetable stack was great did need pepper and the lovely tomato chutney that was provided to add a little more flavor, but that's just my taste. Main draw for me are the people, hard working and pleasant, barista is great, feels like a really genuine and welcoming place where I feel comfortable, which is almost as important as the food. Pricing is reasonable. Only improvement I would make is offering holders for the coffee which is hot to handle at times. Highly recommended.

Went here with my mates. Reasonable prices. Food is really good. I had Laksa Bowl for $17.50, so delicious with 2 tempura on top, and lots of chicken pieces, bean sprout and bokchoy and has a mild spiceness. Really yum! The yellow smoothie cost $8.50, soo good! My colleague had corn fritters but it was a small serving. He was expecting it to be a lot more but was disappointed. I recommend this place.

Convivial cafe, nice staff, good food and excellent smoothies

had early brekkie here, coffee here was quite nice. chilli scramble egg was fluffy and tasty, while the toast was too hard to cut and chewy, center was soft. Same thing happened to my toast. or maybe just need a better knife 😂 I got the minted pea mash with poached egg. the presentation I give 10/10, and they really good on poached eggs, both of mine are perfect. The pea mash was a little bit sour. Staff here are so helpful and friendly. Anyway the experience here can be 8/10.
