Pumpkin pie porridge!! Wow,must try this,absolutely awesome and a surprising mix of flavors,well worth the trip,just for this. Besides the menu,there's a huge selection of counter salads and food,chicken,salmon and ham,plus home made gourmet and sausage rolls. Naturally,the coffee is excellent.

First time here today...because i was given some of their seed crackers and they were delicious. So I found a great menu, coffee and wonderful away of cabinet food and salads. Friendly staff. Good parking. Clean bathrooms...will be regular. Thank you

I have been ordering delivered catering for work events for three years now. Consistent and reliable company to deal with. The food is absolutely delicious. Something for everyone. Healthy, tasty food with gorgeous presentation.

Feel very lucky that Catroux is my local! Awesome coffee, delicious food and a fabulous team of friendly staff. Highlights: any of their salads and their daily assortment of muffins. Catroux is a great spot for anyone with dietary requirements as well.

Strong coffees and nice salads. I was a little bit disappointed with the French toast. It was too sweet.

We choose to get our wedding cake from Catroux due to their incredible flavours. We had salted caramel and rhubard for the bottom tier and lemon and raspberry for the top tier. We left the decorating up to them and they did great, so many compliments about the tastiness of the cake.

Make this your regular Sunday brunch spot. Everything was exceptional! In particular the French toast, perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Great place to treat yourself and they have healthy options if you're sticking to New year's resolutions.

My then girlfriend now wife bought me a chocolate cake from Catroux years ago, and that was good. For my wife's birthday this year I have decided to buy a cake from Catroux to celebrate it. Also to relive the sweet moments we had when we were only going out and create some positive memories out of the lockdown. Thanks to the dedicated team at Catroux, their cake is still available to order online during COVID19 lockdown. And their cake is still amazing. Will be back again after the lockdown.

Im not a cake or sweets guy but i ordered a banana cake from here for my daughter's birthday. It was based on a recommendation. That was 4 years ago....im still dreaming about that cake but i now live in Papatoetoe lol

BEST SPOT IN WESTMERE! Coffee and food are on point. If you want something light and fresh, they have it or if you are a bit dusty and want a big breakfast, they got you too. Definitely recommend!

Catroux has great food and there are always plenty of people here but the service is slow and it feels like they never quite have enough people serving. This is a shame because otherwise I could come more often to this sweet little cafe in a seaside suburb.

Catroux never disappoints. Breakfast is always delicious (green goddess sauce is amazing, I hope it's on the menu forever). But their cakes are the real winners. I now always buy Catroux cakes for special occasions. The banana dulce de leche cake is OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious, and their carrot cake is perfect for morning tea. .

After our first week in quarantine we were desperate for some healthy delicious food. A friend put us onto Catroux. The food arrived pronto all the way out to Mangere and oh what joy😀. Simply fabulous. Very generous portions that will do double of what we catered for. Highly recommended. Thank you Catroux you have made day 7 in quarantine.

Shop was packed so just grabbed coffee. Coffee was smooth, rich in taste and hot, just how I like it. Food looks good so will definitely come back to try.

Out of this world salads and delicious dishes, this is truly an institution in Westmere! Catroux catering is also mouth wateringly sensational, possibly the best in Auckland!

Fantastic cakes, excellent savories and sweet treats. i ve eaten their catering for both lunch dinners, morning teas and everything in between over the years and they are one of the first places i would always recommend to people who want great quality food . they have always left me with a positive experience which is why i will always come back to them.

Can not say enough about this business and it's amazing team. Adele and her team always go above and beyond to provide delicious, imaginative and creative food and are so accommodating and flexible. My team loves the food from Catroux and there would be a riot if I ever ordered from another supplier. Delivery always on time, communication on point and so friendly and helpful. Such a great variety from healthy food to indulgent treats and everything in between. Keep up the great work and look forward to more delciousness in the future!

Food was amazing, little bit of a wait... I had the eggs Benedict and loved every single bite. My partner got the green eggs and ham with truffle oil, we literally used our coffee spoon to scoop the sauce.

Love this cafe. Been going there for the last 4 years. Have tried almost all their yummy breakfasts. You have to see n try their delicious salads n cakes. Coffee great.

Food was alright. Eggs were perfect but the rosti was undercooked. They unfortunately had a mistake with our order as it didn’t print out our ticket, but they were super nice and gave my friend and I each a brownie to make up for it. So I think they rushed our order and we paid for that mistake. What I thought was going to be a cool cafe was disappointing. My friend really enjoyed her eggs bene.

Delicious food, fast and efficient service.

The fitness bowl is epic!!!!! Told them that they didn't charge enough one time 🙈 and when I went back recently they had changed the price! Opps.... Will still happily pay the new price. Just an FYI, if you are a regular there, they changed this dish slightly. It now comes with cooked salmon which I hate! I didn't pay attention to what was in it as I always order this from here. Luckily they were lovely enough to swap it out for regular uncooked smoked salmon!

Catroux is one of Auckland's finest little eateries. Everyone working there must know how special it is but not once do the staff make you feel in anyway excluded from what they are doing. Wonderful food, immaculate coffee and there juice on a hot afternoon brings the temperature down and the taste buds alive!

Simple and clean flavors made with fresh ingredients. we ordered the prosciutto rosti and fitness bowl and they both were standout delicious dishes with wholesome in mind Priced as westmere cafés do. Service was attentive good albeit impersonal, which is fine. Coffees were excellent in both roast and pour aspects. Catroux is a rare surprise and nailed what many top auckland cafe try so hard to accomplish. Cons : street location

Fantastic food, let down by a cake that was burned on the bottom and sides; so the cake tasted burnt. The cake should have never left the kitchen. Added to that was the "oh well" attitude of the staff; they just didn't care.

I've never been here before, however, I've read great things about this cafe and not so good things about it..to be expected..each to their own..most of all I'm rating this joint because 15yrs ago we were students studying to achieve our goals and ambitions and I am very pleased with her..well done Adele..next time I'm in town we'll start assessment 101 front of house operation😆Keep it up..

Came back having not been for a while, service still great but may have been an off day in the kitchen. Meals weren't up to previous standard - e.g. rosti was undercooked.

I really enjoyed my meal here! Had the mushrooms with cauliflower puree, honeyed hazelnuts, buffalo mozzarella, sourdough with chorizo and also had the kumara rosti with whipped goats cheese, baba ganoush, rocket n prosciutto. Both were incredible and stand out. My favourite was the kumara rosti, I just loved the flavours of that dish I would really also like to try the fitness bowl and the pumpkin pie pancakes. Reason why I didn't give a 5 is because the service is ok, it's almost like the waitress was annoyed that they are as busy as they were. The guy waiter was much friendlier and actually seemed like he wanted to be there so kudos to him. We did however go inside and were ignored for ages by the wait staff before we were acknowledged even the barista seemed annoyed that we kind of looked/approached him seeing he was the closest to us. Hopefully next time it improves otherwise I would have to make it my last visit to Catroux

Probably the yummiest healthiest best value place in Auckland with warm professional service.

Had a great coffee and a quality cheese scone. I forgot to mention not to nuke it and it arrived at the table perfect - a little warm. If they do use a microwave, they use it wisely. There is nothing worse than a 'glow in the dark' scone with its texture annihilated. The atmos was good but sound does bounce around in there - not so good if there is a screaming child.
