R.Best cafe in the area. Excellent, reliable coffee, very tasty cabinet food. Quick and friendly service, although pretty busy in the mornings.
Cheapest coffee for miles if you buy a prepaid card! Works out to $4.20 for a large coffee.
Also highly recommend the cajun chicken sandwich, chocolate caramel slice, and almond croissants.
V.Just want to review the place, great cabinet food, fantastic coffee and excellent management. I just want to add, because I saw somebody wrote that the place is a goldmine but he wasn’t satisfied with the salami that is cut in half and has only got lettuce, however none of that is true, in fact the salami is not cut in this place, and the bread is called corda not baguette, it does have cheese, butter and the salami is rolled not cut so it can fit within the bread, it cost $8.50 and is one of the most simple and famous sandwiches. The place provides all press coffee if you didn’t know that is the best coffee in New Zealand. In regards to management, the people in this place have been doing hospitality for over 20 years. So the definition of this small coffee shop here, is that the cabinet food is always fresh, with the biggest range of food as far as cabinet food can go. Before you do reviews and give somebody 1 star without having any idea about hospitality, you should do a bit of homework first and stick to doing what your good at. Because the only person that’s going to be laughed at is you.
