As a regular customer,always there for cappuccino's on weekends,staff very friendly except one new/old returness staff member not customer friendly,very rude,sorry to say.

I stoped by when I went through with my shopping... ordered an iced mocha coffee and it tasted pretty well... I totally enjoyed it... also they have a great option with snacks and sweets... for a quick bite and drink this place is ideal... nice and kind staff also... pretty quick with the orders...

I had been coming to this players for a while now, with family, with friends and even by myself. Great location, great food and friendly staff. Always clean and exceed expectations. Perhaps the first place where I got the delicious iced coffee without cream 😊. Highly recommended!

Lovely place for a catch up with friends whilst shopping. Fresh tasty cabinet food both savoury and sweet. Hot cooked meals available too. Polite friendly service. Definitely a handy and convenient place to stop relax and eat.

We ordered a Luke's Cafe Elsa Cake. It was beautifully decorated, not only did it look amazing but it tasted really really good. Everyone loved the cake, it is not overpowering and stretched really far into serving 40 + people. Thank you for the wonderful effort.

Nice lil cafe in foodcourt area. Sells a variety of items such as cafe food and drinks, classic bakery goods, ice tea.

1st time here, food was good, however ordered a strawberry smoothie requesting to use water instead of a milk product and got a milkshake... No drama though got my kids to drink it so I didn't waste money.. Staff was nice

19/06/19 Pancakes with mushrooms meal was a huge portion, delicious! Pleasant atmosphere, comfortable albeit a small cafe. Will definitely be frequenting this cafe again. 02/07/19 Took my daughter in today, we both ordered the same pancakes and mushroom meal, one with chicken, one with bacon. It arrived with 1/4 of the mushroom filling! And sliced not finely chopped like previously. When I queried this they said the menu had changed. Staff walk around often but never ask if you need anything. Staff were very disengaged- not customer focused. Very disappointed. 21/2 stars

I love this place.... I dunno why such low reviews. The staff are always friendly and super efficient as it can get busy. The food is cooked really well and the prices are affordable. If you can't afford a big meal they have sausage rolls that will tide you over for only 2.50 .love meeting up with my mum and or friends here. Super easy to find.

Great mac cheese. Very good service and not badly priced. Dont do a bad Americano either

Tasty French toast although hard to find a table as it always seems to be busy.

Had a basic cuppa tea the treats were not tasted but may seemed that it was pleased by many while chatting. Try is all I can help with .. Try.

The food here is so good loved the mince on ciabatta bread 👍🏼

Amazing Eggs Benedict!! Well done to the chef cooking it is just so yummy- one of the best we ever had! The coffee is also good and the space is comfortable.

Good service, cafe looks great and no complaints with their food when I’ve had it. Sub par coffee though unfortunately! Tastes like mildly coffee flavored milk rather than a flat white.

Food was good and coffee too. We order coffee in takeaway cup, she bought in cup. We told her but she started arguing instead of solving the problem straight away. It was easy to fix by saying sorry I will do it now rather then arguing. Need customer training.

Great, had the Big Breakfast and one off only a few places that the Big Breakfast actually filled me up, the staff were friendly and the prices were good.

The girls are very polite and friendly. Tell them what you want and it come back to you perfect. Medium coffee definitely more nicer than the small, the extra .30c is worth it. Can't wait for you to open another cafe at Westcity. Donuts yummy too. 🥞🤩

This cafe really doesn’t feel like it’s in the middle of a busy mall. The food is of a high standard and the staff are fantastic. Definitely will visit again next time I’m at the mall!

Average coffee and average service, but handy location in the mall for waiting for people in Countdown. The coffee places upstairs are better.

ALways serving up a great breakie,lunch and delicious treats staff are also very compassionate and caring . Truely a great place to dine.

Always busy great food prices are quite costly however there food is of quality but price wise portions underweight cost price in some areas of selections more on mains.
