d.I was after Keto and this place was highly recommended to me from friends! Outstanding Food and service! I’ve been back a few times and the quality of food is always fresh and delicious and never gets boring . If your wanting keto this is your go to place in Auckland .I found the staff always friendly. The place is very clean and well presented. The only downside is I have to drive a long way away ,but we’ll worth the trip!
Y.Innovative and delicious food. This is the only place that does bullet proof coffee. The lasagna tastes just like a cheese burger😂... The staff are friendly and the space is spotless. It's far away for me but will be back again when I am in the area. Really worthwhile and healthy for Keto diet lovers.
K.There is only two 100% keto cafe in Auckland. Keto Eats is one of them. Foods are tasty. The only drawback is very hot in summer.

J.Everything Keto - what a pleasure! Not many places you can walk into and choose anything you want from the cabinet. Always guaranteed a fantastic meal from this place - does not matter if you visit the Manukau or Takapuna branches! The products on offer are top quality, always fresh, stores are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful. A very good variety of savoury & sweet (pizza slice & cheese scones are yum!) . And I always top it off with a banoffee smoothie. Highly recommend this place
G.Went here for the first time today, and was pleasantly surprised. It was great to be able to eat anything in the café and I could treat myself to something sweet and a mocha whilst maintaining keto. There were savory (e.g. quiche, scones) and sweet items (e.g. cakes, slices, cheesecake) in the cabinet. Not sure if they do meals too, that would be super awesome if they did.
I can't wait until we're out of lockdown so I can bring my friends here to eat in.
It's quite far, but I'll be coming back, worth the trip! I recommend the snickers bar, yum!
J.Excellent food and drinks. The Thai curry pie was delicious! Marshmallow Caramel slice was Divne. Ginger slice great hint of ginger. Pork and Fennel roll could only eat half, delicious and filling 🥰

A.Very expensive but really worth it if you want that keto experience. The food and beverages are good. Would be way cheaper to buy your own almond flour etc but whos got the time. I personally love the food. The white chocolate rocky road is a must and also the quiche. Happy eating
Q.Quite yummy. I suggest trying the meat pie - that's good. The sausage roll is not too bad, but a bit dry. Cookies are awesome. Drinks are good. Keep up the good work guys! So glad that you exist. I was looking for a keto place to go with my son - as we are both trying to cut some weight for summer - speedos temperature (just kidding - no one should ever wear speedos)
D.Love Keto Eats, they're just around the corner from my workplace and always have a decent selection of food for lunch. One drawback for me is the lack of parking, many times I will have to drive right on by as there isn't anywhere to park, which is such a shame
G.First time at Keto Eats and I never care to write reviews but just wanted to put it out there that this was such a cute spot to visit. The food and snacks are so yummy and different and coffee is great! Most of all just wanted to thank the girls there. They were so happy and just positive and they made my day!
D.Only Keto Cafe in Auckland. Cabinet foods ranged from sweet slices, doughnuts & cakes to pizza, salad, pies, scones and quiches etc. We ate in and our food was plated nicely with side salad. Great drinks menu, including sugar free sodas & bulletproof coffee. Not cheap but worth the price.

B.The staff at this cafe are very friendly, it is a very pleasant cafe to sit and eat at or drink coffee. Unfortunately the Keto food is not the best, with quite a lot of the slices/sweets tasting like fake flavoring and a very overpowering stevia taste. If you are after yummy Keto food, I'd recommend 'Keto by D' in Orewa.
K.They have a good array of both sweet and savoury Keto food, just wished they had a store over on the North Shore so I don't have to travel so far.

A.Keto Eats is the most wonderful place under and above the sun! The food is absolutely delicious and we always receive friendly, efficient service from all the ladies. The Snickers cookie sandwiches are to die for. Keep up the good work!

Q.Wish it was closer and open on Sundays lol. But other then that I really have enjoyed their pies, sausage rolls, slices, bread, cookies and muffins. Yup i've had it all, almost! We so need more keto cafes around. :)

A.Staff are wonderful and the food is AMAZING!!!! I've had keto food elsewhere but the taste and quality here is 5 star. And if you want a great tasting keto bread, the bread here is outstanding. Not to mention the slices and cookie bites. I highly recommend if you are keto or even not keto!!!

K.What a find. I had the lemon and white chocolate muffin, caramel slice, beef sandwich and Quiche (not all at one meal!) and it was great. Service was also fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Definitely coming back when in town.
