Staff was more than excited to tell me they were closing soon! Coming from France this is unheard of saying something like that. Secondly, $12 for two long blacks????? Great coffee tho I’ll give them that.

Very modern, good interior. Very cosy and comfortable. Price is ok. Very nice place to have a coffee and short break.

Very nice coffee and food is surprisingly good. Loved it a lot. Will come again . Only 2 staff working but still maintain good customer service. Well done team!

A stylish espresso bar at Westfield, New Market Come here for a coffee & pastry this time. Very nice n friendly staff here, tell me all the coffee quality n the pastry ingredients in details. Interior design: stylish wooden design, Europe an style of cabinet. Nice modern tableware. Flat white is great, strong enough Amazing Chocolate pastry, fill up with chocolate filling, Premium ingredient.

Following a full on day at work, I ended up at L’Americano Espresso Bar on the ground floor of Westfield Newmarket for a much deserved relaxing glass or 2 of La Valentina Montepulciano. The cafe interior which is furnished by Coco Republic is stunning and elegant with a sleek Mediterranean nautical theme. I ordered dinner of the the ricotta spinach cannelloni with Napoli sauce and buffalo cheese and a L’Americano Signature Crispy Pancetta salad and these dishes were superbly gorgeous! The pasta was so simple but flavoursome and vibrant in color. The textures and layers of salad ingredients from walnuts to citrus slices to balsamic dressed cos and witloof with shaved Parmesan was simply delicious. I had my heart set on trying the market fish crudo however this was all sold out for the day. To follow on, I also tried the 3 cheese board with fruits, nuts, crackers and Gorgonzola, Talegio and cheddar. My dining experience was extremely enjoyable, relaxing, and just the perfect end to my day. The service was outstanding whereby the staff was wonderful to converse with to learn more about the menu. Highly recommended with distinction with exceptional customer service!

Nice tiny cafe right next to coco republic. The coffee was great (they have a nice coffee machine with a screen - seems hi tech) and the food from the cabinet was also delicious. Highly recommend the carrot cake!! the lady at the till was really nice. Would recommend!

A nice getaway Caffe, lovely decor, nice pastries, some peace and quiet from the rest of the shopping centre, service was fine. Nothing to come especially for, but if your here and need to get away from the crowds, it can be a nice corner to hide...

Great Italian coffee place in Auckland... for a moment you will feel like in 🇮🇹... the tiramisu needs more coffee and the cannoli could be more fresh

Coffee is not bad! Music is noisy and loud! Zingara is bland, rocket tastes bitter, mostly like cabin food. This is certainly not expected from an order menu.

Reasonable price. Good quality of food ingredient. Cool environment. Yummy food with very good service. A must try 😉

I went there a few weeks ago and I had one of the best customer’s service ever. A senior waiter looked after me, his name is Ian. I told him about my garlic allergy and he looked after me in every kind of way. The chef made my lunch very special and very tasty. Very nice place to go for an Italian bite. Thank you Ian for your amazing service.

Brilliant coffee. Absolute top choice for anyone who happens to be in the Westfield New Market mall. Had a apple donut which was a bit average for the price they demand, especially if was not properly heated up - the apple filling was cold and lukewarm donut. :(. Salmon Panini was pretty good. The wait stuff talked about themselves all the time. Very hard to get their attention. When they do serve, they are nice. So a bit of a mixed bag in both food and service. Next time. Coffee only.

Dropping a tea pot so loud in front of customers is not something one would expect anywhere in hotspo world, above all is the terrible service attitude. If I have an important business meeting over a coffee or tea, I will have to think twice taking a table here.

Our go-to Espresso Bar when we visit Westfield Newmarket ... Great ambiance in a busy mall. You can sit in the Coco Republic showroom side and gaze at all the nice interior furniture. As always the coffee and food is highly rated and we are always happy with the fast and friendly service.

Ordered a flat white. It was good nothing to complain about. The furniture next door is pricy tho. But their coffee here is nice. On the first floor too.

Despite other reviews regarding customer service, I was shocked by the staff’s efficiency and organisation during a busy Thursday night! My salmon came freshly cooked to perfection before enjoying their chocolate cake. In and out, would highly recommend!

Had a really nice customer service, seats were comfortable and the place had a really nice deco. Overall, a 5 star cafe with a great tasting long black and the favourite carrot cake!

Had an amazing experience when I dropped in here for a quick bite to eat. The pasta was delicious and ended the meal with a perfect chocolate dessert. Great service and great interior, will definitely be coming back.

The decor was so luxurious. The Victoria bean coffee was well made and the lemon and berry pastry was just right. I'd like to try something from the dine in menu next time.

Amazing! Was very busy but we got seated quickly. Service was fantastic and so was the salad menu. The tiramisu was delicious! Will definately come back for more

Cappuccino was really really good. Tiramisu I have personal preference regarding the tiramisu I need more amaretto punch. Panini was good but boiling in the inside , I refuse to believe they used a microwave to warm it up. No cannoli unfortunately after 11.30am, waiter was really really good.

Cool cafe with great coffee. Easily the best place in Westfield Newmarket to take a break from retail therapy. The interior is very stylish and service came with a smile!

I travel to Auckland quite frequently and will make a point to get my coffee here. Friendly staff, great service, awesome coffee. Definitely recommend.

One of the finest go to coffee,great tasty and looks so fancy.Young man helped us with recommended dishes which is truly amazing.Friendly,fast and attentive service staff,highly recommended!
