Definitely a gastronomic delight. Enjoyed the ham and cheese croissant with a tasty salad on the side and a small bottle of a French white. Pear tart for dessert. My friend had the duck sausage and is a regular patron. Always busy and popular.

5 star, very rare and hardly spotted. This place is just great, coffee is nicely roasted and with plenty of punch however the food is the real winner here and their huge variety of take away Cheeses.
Love the steak with blue cheese and the duck is also very special. (See Pics)
This could go down as my last supper. We will be back again and again and again!!

Great! Great!
Foods are delicious!
Really adore duck sausages and potato with bacon.
And the steak is also good!
Don’t forget duck liver... with breads!
The second floor is a wine cellar, calming and cozy... buy some French wines for your friends !
I am absolutely regular customer🥰

Incroyable! Fantastic food and coffee. Incredible range of delicatessen delights. Lovely staff. My new favourite cafe! Amazing!

Great food here, lots of cheese and French products to buy. The steak and fish pasta we had recently wasn't too good though with the wagyu steak being too chewy and fish was fishy

The most authentic French cuisine in Auckland. L'atelier du fromage imports top quality ingredients direct from France. That means when you buy a Croque monsieur from them, it's made from beautiful high quality imported ingredients. We love the inhouse menu, had the French onion soup with oxtail and of course the not to miss croque monsieur.
After you've had your Paris experience, go upstairs and grab a bottle of Bordeaux!

So french, so chic, so authentic, L’atilier Du Fromage was recommended to us as a must-try before we departed Auckland. We came early on a Monday morning and received the warmest of greetings with a merry “bonjour!” from the waitress behind the counter.
An array of patisserie greeted us to tempt us behind the glass counter, shiny and expertly crafted. Likewise I was surrounded in cheese-heaven by every different kind of fromage I could concieve. We settled in for our brunch; a filled croissant, a pain-au-chocolat, and from the kitchen menu the Duck & Porcini Mushroom Sausage, Poached Eggs & Potato.
The coffee that accompanied my breakfast was among the very best I’d had in Auckland; I soon found myself ordering a second cup. We agreed that the croissant was the nicest presentation of a croissant we’d encountered on our travels, coming with a vibrant side salad and dressing, toasted golden perfectly. The pain-au-chocolate was so fresh and flaky, it was divine. The duck & porcini dish had its own bistro elegance, the creamy eggs the perfect accompaniment for the richness of the sausage, the potato element a boulangere stack holding the dish together.
Bathrooms were clean and tidy and soon there was a procession of regular clientele as the Monday morning picked up. One of the most memorable brunches we had in Auckland. Salut!
