Had the dark chocolate mocha, perfect bitterness and chocolate flavour. Definitely a surprise treat in the morning.

Freshly enticing muffins and other pastries. I ordered the blue berry peach muffin and the pumpkin soup 🍲. The soup was absolutely delicious with carrot strands mixed in. It was hot with slices of toasted bread. I loved the muffin tasty 😋 and fresh. Seating indoors no outdoor seating

Mainly teas from UK. You can have coffee too. The Manu is limited, dessert and chocolate only. Only good for morning tea or afternoon tea.

Located in the middle of NorthWest Shopping Centre. Great friendly service and a wonderful selection of teas. They make a delicious mocha too with real chocolate!

Pretty chocolates and great selection of teas with a nice little area for sitting. Oddly doesn't feel like you're sitting in the middle of the mall. Recommend the Windsor Lemon tea- smells and tastes divine.

This is a small little tea bar in the northwest mall just at the entrance. It's really gorgeous. The decor is stunning and service is nice. There is a huge range of tea and snacks. However the best tea is cinnamon and vanilla green tea. The prices are really good as well. Tea cups and teapots are fascinating. Definitely worth trying for all tea lovers !

Excellent tea. Makes me wish for more tea shops and I drink mostly coffees! It's a mall cafe in a rather dull mall but if you can accept that then its a 5 star. Single tea in pot did me 4 cups and I drank all with pleasure. Cakes are decent as well.

Tea flavours are great, lemon and licorice was divine served in a vintage teapot. Chocolate tart and lemon muffin were divine. Excellent consistent theme and felt very much like a high tra experience. Highly recommend.

Flawless coffees every single time. What more could one ask for? If I didn't work so far away, I would be coming here for my morning coffees for sure.

Sweet staff, very nice devonshire tea, the scones weren't too big or too doughy, they were great, similar to the ones my mum makes. The selection of tea is also very impressive. It's better than quite a few cafes I have been to.

Met a couple friends for morning tea. I had their chai blend which was lovely, lots of spice, and in a big pot - I got three full cups from it (very pretty china to boot). I also had a corn and bacon muffin which was super fresh and very nice. My friends had coffees (assume they were ok as nothing was said) and a cinnamon brioche sort of roll which was “delicious” and a plum and custard brioche which was “stale and not very nice”. So generally a good experience but possibly be wary of some of the cabinet food? Nice service too.

Well presented. The coffee I ordered was a flat white but it seemed more like a latte as it was very week. The pomegranate chocolate o had was delightful though!!

Not as nice as the Shore city one. Food ok but not wonderful. No ambience right in middle of corridor from entrance to North West. Green tea was bitter

Always perfect, they are never stressed, and they are so helpful with giving me another cup for between my legs. Its nice having that second cup when in my wheelchair
