C.Been working on the building site next door and so regularly popping in here to get a coffee and a moment of peace and quiet, and the service has always been great, really friendly, quick, even at relatively busy times, and the food! Well, the breakfast wrap is amazing, the cakes are good and it’s always a nice place to just kick back and relax for a few minutes in a crazy day. Good coffee too, what’s not to like. Definitely a local coffee shop for me from now on.
R.Melba is tres cool. Went there for coffee, croissant and jam and only had 16 minutes before my next meeting.
Result? = Great food and service. Chilled and comfortable with music at the right level for 7.30am. Congratulations to Melba and its staff.

A.The staff is very engaging. I used to visit quite regularly for coffee when my work was closer to the place.
The description on the food menu is a bit off from what you get on the plate. Might not be suitable if you’re look for a sumptuous serving size. Taste of the food is great though.

C.Still think this is one of the good cafes to go to near the work place, they have a great selection of cabinet food and drinks, and ample open spaces great for groups large and small. The staff are also very friendly and pretty on to it for quick orders too. And coffee has always been very satisfying
R.I was pleasantly impressed with Melba, there were four coffee size options, I had the bowl, twice. Not a massive range of food choices, the salmon hash really could have had more salmon but it was nevertheless good eating and filling. There was a modest amount of cabinet food, I wish I had room for the carrot cake, it looked huge.
