I usually love Mrs Higgens but the cookies I brought today were not as good as they used to be. One in particular was too hard for me to eat.. it wasn't soft and chewy at all!! The chocolate chip was much different from the last one I had. They may have changed the recipe, but if they have it's not as good as before. If they haven't, then I'm not sure what's up with their cookies.

Best fresh oven baked cookies ever in my opinion! I've tried many of their cookies but the macadamia nuts and white chocolate cookies are the best.. Very Recommended for all cookie monsters!

You cannot go to Auckland and not stopping in Queen Street to eat those amazing fresh cookies! I spent weeks in that city and I had one of them every day. A friend of mine just came back from New Zealand and I asked him if he could bring me few of them because they are unforgettable! There’s a lot of different choice for all the tastes. They have a rustic shape but the taste is so delicious!

Tasty cookies but I guess a little overrated. Prices are alright but could be brought down a little for what you get. If you're just looking for a snack, would recommend.

SO YUMMY ! I can HIGHLY recommend to get an Ice cream sandwich. It costs around $6 and is soo worth it. You can pick 2 different cookies and get a slice of vanilla ice cream in between. My bf and I usually share, because they are big! We usually pick 1 chewy caramel cookie and 1 white choc&macadamia. Soo so good and I would even make it fit, when I just had big lunch because it's so delicious!

I wish you would experiment with more vegan options. I love your vegan afghan, but it gets boring after a while. 😭

UPDATE: Okay I couldn't wait to try it again and second time was a charm... the triple chocolate was delicious and soft just like advertised. Updating rating I'll try one again as surely the one I got was hopefully kind of a fluke. I opted for a Polka Dot which I usually never get (as chocolate chip is always a go-to for any brand), but it looked to be the most dough-like soft and chewy one, as their brand and cookie bags state, but it was actually quite crunchy 😔. It was a little after noon as well and I was hoping that being fairly early in the day, plus with all of the lunch rush, that surely it wouldn't have been sitting out too long, but maybe it had. Like I said, I'll try another another day where I hope to see that most don't require you to break pieces off with your hand and instead just nicely fall apart with a soft bite. The lady at the counter smiled though, and while we didn't really exchange any words, she seemed nice.

One of the best and Standard cookies ever. I can still smell the cookies ,though it was almost 5 years apart. The symbol of Auckland, the recipe for one bite's happiness. Perfect! Loved the shortbread ones. :)

Worst Customer Service Ever, One of your representative came to our office last month to take the order for the cookies and brownies. We have hundreds of staff working in our office. You guys came yesterday to deliver those order which we ordered almost a month before. We never got any notification and reminder, as nobody is gonna remember about their cookies delivery date. In this fast-paced office environment we have already a lot going on which is much important than this order delivery day. We had 5-10 staffs who were not available on the floor and some of them are away for the business or may be on leave or something. So obviously they can't pick up their orders and pay for it. But your staff specifically said that "We cant leave the office till the time we get full payments of all the orders". If its one or two people out of hundred then ofcourse it makes sense, but if there are multiple people who are not available for to pick up their order, then we expect little bit of courtsey from you guys to contact those people via email or SMS and schdule a redelivery or pickup. You guys cant expect their collegaues to pay for it. I dont want to specify the name here, but your competitors have also been to our office last month, and they have literally send comms twice as a reminder and also asked us to notify them if we wont be available on that day, so that they can arrange something. BUT ANYWAY THE COOKIES AND BROWNIES WE GOT YESTERDAY WERE AMAZING, REALLY LOVING IT. NO COMPLAINTS AT All WITH THE QUALITY OF FOOD. JUST NEED A BIT IMPROVEMENT IN YOUR SERVICE SIDE.
