My favourite Muffin Break by far. Staff are always really friendly and happy to chat with you. Hot Chocolates are delicious every time and the muffins are a great pick me up. Would highly recommend giving them a go.

Fantastic place to go, the food is always fresh and tastes great with helpful staff that are happy to customize your order to suit you. Located opposite Countdown in West City it is a handy and convenient place to have a break or meet up with friend's.

I love this café The staff are so friendly and nice, always willing to help! This thriving café has delicious food and irresistible treats on offer, freshly baked every day ! Not to mention the muffin cabinet!! 100% love this place, the coffee is awesome !

The team at muffin break Westcity are so lovely, literally still go to westcity just to say hi!.. Best hot chocolates and the coffee is good! Busy atmosphere with it being at the entrance of the mall but I love that about it and it still feels very relaxed when you're there.

VERY disappointing. After a spell away from this muffin break location, I visited again. The new owner refused to allow me to redeem my free coffee owed as I was also redeeming my free birthday muffin. I have never had a problem doing this with previous owners. My thinking is if I am owed a free coffee then I can redeem it whenever I like. Staff , however, we're very nice and friendly. But new owners need lessons in customer service. I won't be back.
