Awesome presentation! The coffee was amazing! The French toast was absolutely delicious and the service was excellent even though they were super busy everything was out and to us in great time! Can't wait to visit again!.... We went again and exactly the same service it was awesome!

The best eggs benedict I have ever tried. The combination of the sauce, bread and hashbrown with your choice of item is top tier. I have moved from Northcote to Takanini and still drive all the way back every month to try this.

The dishes were very well presented, the chef adds some originality and flair. The cabinet food looks delightful, and prices quite reasonable. Excellent coffee and friendly, efficient service.

I cannot fault this café. Friendly staff, amazing food, excellent food and reasonable prices. It is at the end of the food court and has indoor and outdoor seating.

Great place. Tried 2021 savignion and ot was excellent, chosen salad and coffee were also well made. Recommend

Wow was not expecting that. Just had a fantastic breakfast here especially the French toast as seen in the pictures. Such a great variety of fruit and flavours with even some tiramisu puree.

I really wish I had of got the name of the barista but tonight was a bit hard for me working my first retail Christmas eve. But, my girl pulled through for me with the gorgeous latte art that I had previously on Saturday with my friend. She absolutely made my day and I will make sure to check if she's working before i decide to go there. Absolutely love it. Thank you, you beautiful lady, I hope you see this 💖.

First time trying this place out for my birthday. Good friendly service and we all enjoyed our breakfast, will definitely be going back.

Nice place, bit busy due to weather. We ordered French Toast and Mt Aoraki Salmon Bagel - both were delicious and cappuccino was good. Drinks came out within minutes and meals were bought out in good time. No waiting despite the cafe being full. Would definitely go back again.

Food was not bad. Price is the the same as what other breakfast places would charge. Presentation was good.

Quick visit had a date n almond scone. Delicious needed bit more butter. Flat white was nice. Their cabinet food looked amazing...next time

Love this place, we found it so well presented, would recomend their pistachio cheesecake.

Excellent coffee (oat milk too). The eggs bene was fantastic except it was cold. Like it had been assembled from pre cooked bits? I sent it back and said just maybe grill it for a while so it's nice and hot. I got it back and it had been microwaved as the middle was hot and the top cold. It's odd eating a meal with different temperatures variances, but that aside the taste is amazing as is the portion!

One of the best Eggs Benedicts you’ll ever have. Service is quick.

I have a great seafood chowder and a lovely glass of Sauvignon Blanc.

Very busy cafe/restaurant with scrumptious food. Friendly polite staff. The day we went the manager advised they were short staffed which did mean we had to wait longer than expected for our brunch. The blueprint is there for a 5 star experience, and based on other paper moons I've been to there is no doubt they will need to expand due to popularity and high quality.

Was looking for a special lunch for my wife and adult daughter. Wandered into the Paper Moon Cafe as it looked and felt more comfortable than the sterile food hall atmosphere. Great service, lovely selection of food and beverages. Nice flavours and quick table service. Will go again.

Had a chicken caesar salad from cabinet and large flat white, salad was ok but cos lettuce had too many large pieces and not much chicken, counted 6 small pieces, not worth $11 Sat outside as busy but too many sparrows etc landing on tables eating leftovers

Had the best coffee here! It was actually really reeeaaaally good, an Americano, my Mum got a flat white with almond milk an she said it was one of the best she's ever had. Happy smiling an friendly staff, will definitely be getting my coffee here when I'm in the area :)

We had an excellent meal on Friday evening, prior to the movies. The Satay Chicken and the Squid starters were well prepared and tasted great. For a main, the Pumpkin Soup was tasty, with just the right amount of spice to make it interesting, and was accompanied by a slice of lightly toasted ciabatta. The Slow Cooked Beef Burger was well presented and flavourful. The service was good, even though the cafe was busy. Altogether a pleasant meal, at a reasonable price

Delicious paelo brunch and coffee

For its location attached to a very humdrum foodcourt this is a pretty decent cafe. Hot chocolates are recommended! Made with actual chocolate

The service is excellent, friendly and helpful. The good us good as is the coffee. A warm buzz about the place.

A bit quieter here than the bar restaurants next door and a cosy spot to have a quick bite or a meal. Licensed and open late it is also handy if you are going to the movies. We had a pizza which was reasonably priced followed by dessert and coffee. All was tasty and the tables were clean and attractive. A water station for self serve water.

Couldn't be more impressed with the gluten free chocolate ricotta muffin - it was the best muffin of any kind I've ever tasted, and if there was a prize for excellence in gluten free baking, this would win it. Magificent taste, texture and moisture. The service, coffee, water were all good too and my only regret is that I live too far away to be a regular visitor.

Omelette is fantastic, it's cooked in a deep pan and tipped straight on to the plate. Result is a very delicious and large omelette. Great cafe and great coffee. Will be returning for sure.

Today I tried a sweet chai latte different from my usual matcha latte. I found it quite fragrant and a bit too strong.

We really enjoyed our meal of creamy mushrooms and the big breakfast. The coffee was great and the staff were polite and efficient. All over a lovely relaxing meal and we'll be back! Thanks Paper Moon!

We have lunch here often and have been to dinner a few times. The food is always delicious especially the chicken salad. Kelsi has served us a few times and has always been attentive and patient. Recommend you visit; great food and great staff!!

Savoury muffin was the tastiest I have ever had. My friend had date scone which was very moist and tasty.

Food was great, but customer service was not that great by one particular staff member, who was quite rude when a customer made a complaint regarding a food item that was quite tough.

Good place to go at night time. Coffee is super normal but defends on who is behind the machine. Foods are nice and staffs are kind as well.

Pop in for a coffee whenever I visit the mall. This is the only place ive seen that offers a Salted Caramel latte! It is amazing! The squid salad is delicious for a light lunch. The kumara and quinoa salad is also a favourite. The staff are also polite and hapoy to chat when they arnt to busy. Thanks!

Nice food, very accommodating when I asked to split an order of smoothie into 2 small cups for the kids to share.

Possibly the best salad ive ever had, very generous serving and entire Salad was dressed not just a drizzke of dressing over the top like other cafes, very very impressed!

I like Paper Moon go there a lot, however I noticed today how much their food had gone up in price, I will definitely not be able to go there as often now.

You might want to check the temp of your fluffies. To hot for me to hang on to leery alone my 2yo to drink. Otherwise okay.

Too crowd and noisy if you want a quiet small corner to have a coffee break.
