k.Sam helped with an event last Saturday it was amazing as we couldn't find any other bar. He made our night as the host service was great and let us have a good night.
G.Adrian and I went here for lunch today on a bit of a whim... Service was fast and our order was taken fairly promptly. Coffee's arrived quite quick although the Flat white was slightly overfilled and spilt a bit into the saucer as the waitress was delivering to table.
The menu is quite good looking overall and lots of options which made it hard.
Adrian had a chicken burger and I had the calamari salad. Burger was good I'm told and didn't look to bad. The Calamari was coated in polenta which have it some nice texture. Overall though I felt this was a bit bland in taste (no seasoning i could taste) and the side salad looked a bit sad. For what was described on the menu and what came out I was a bit underwhelmed.
When it came time to pay, we had an "Entertainment book" voucher that gave us one main free when another is purchased. Unfortunately the lady processing this didn't do it correctly and only have us the coffees free, (meaning it was a $10 discount vs. $20.50). This slightly rubbed salt to injury here since the meal wasn't great and for the original price of the calamari i've had better.
I probably wouldn't venture back here, its a shame because this place could really be something special with some minor changes.

D.I feel a little guilty coz this is my first time here and I only live 15 mins walk up the road. The service is very good and we've been well looked after by the young waitress. We had crispy pork belly and eye fillet as mains for dinner tonight and roast vegetables to share. The meals were very nicely presented as you can see from the photos. They're yummy and tasty too except for the bakebeans that came with the pork belly which was too salty. All in all we had a good time here and will come back again to try out the other dishes 👍👍👍

B.Almost like a normal cafe when you walk in and take a seat. It's not until you look through the menu that you see it is a bit more exotic. They do have your standard brekkie fry up but they also have something a bit different like a bouillabaisse. I ended up trying the duck risotto and it was quite nice, although I didn't really get any of the truffle. There was plenty of duck in the creamy rice. I also had an iced chocolate, which was a bit icy.
Quite a nice place with a bit more tables around the back. there was also a food cabinet by the counter with other goodies. The server we had looked new so there was a bit of confusion when asking about the menu items but otherwise service was good.

I drop in every now and then for food from the cabinet or for the breakfasts, haven't had something before I haven't liked. Cozy atmosphere too, highly recommend over other cafes in the area

Generous portion of chips (well seasoned and yummy!) and the coffee was great. Service was friendly but pretty slow considering there were only 2 other couples in there, but luckily we were in no rush so didn't really bother us.

T.I had never been to this restaurant before, however I will definitely be going back. The food was tasty and the service was the best I've received in a long time; attentive, warm and professional. Anette went the extra mile when I had left something at the restaurant and stayed back after they were technically closed so I could pick up my belongings that evening. Thanks so much for such lovely hospitality.
