I had a very lovely time here! Came in just to check the place out and read a book with a coffee. The flat white was good and all the staff were very kind and friendly, and it was just a nice cosy space. Also really enjoyed the old classic hits playlist in the background haha. Hopefully can come back to try some of the menu!

One of the most beautiful cafe that keeps their hospitality to the highest level. Calm, composed atmosphere with the smile of staff setting up the vibe of happiness & love. Food options are great and is prepared with precision. Lighting and neatness of the cafe is good that you feel the much needed relaxation the moment you step in. There is ample parking space and the shop got card/paywave options as well. Do try it out, as I personally enjoyed their service and food. Much recommended :)

Brioche and the date and orange scones were quite nice. Cappuccino was nothing to write home about -- served a bit hot and weak, steamed milk wasn't very good.

When I used to live in Westmere area, one of my favourite things in the morning was to grab my morning coffee and have a little chat with the friendliest staff in Richmond Road Cafe! They have such great coffee, tasty food and always welcoming atomiser. Recently, they started making an espresso martini; you must try it! Highly Recommend Richmond Road Cafe!

It is highly rated but it seems a little undeserved. The chairs on the balcony are awful, much better inside. It's nice that they serve sparkling water, but I prefer still and wasn't offered a choice. The menu is interesting and fancy, but felt very narrow, there wasn't much of the standard brunch fare. The beef burger was pretty good but seemed kind of small, and although the chips were very solid there didn't seem to be very many. Prices felt a little on the high side, just over $60 for two meals and two coffees.

Tea was great. Not everyone does great tea. The chicken sandwich i had was stuffed full of chicken (they didn't skimp) and the flavour was delicious. Did was delivered quickly. And service was friendly and engaging. I would definately return.

We keep going back here because it's consistently great. It's warm, convivial, the coffee is excellent and the menu caters for conservative and adventurous palates. But best of all is the staff. They're attentive and they genuinely care. Happy staff, happy diners, five stars.

The hot cakes were great! The outside tables were mostly in shade, appreciated on a hot day. Coffee was fine. The food in offer was a step up from typical cafe food. Service was excellent.

I love the RRC, always a go to for me. Iced coffee is always top shelf (for someone who orders the same thing every cafe experience), and the toasted savory muffin cannot be beaten. Service always with a smile from these great staff and generally a carpark outside. Great spot.

Normally Richmond Road Cafe would get 5 stars from me - this time they nearly got 3! Our meals turned up with ingredients missing! No sauce and no goats cheese, these were listed in the menu. I gave 4 stars because they put it right and gave us the missing parts of the meal. I nearly gave 3 because the waitress made excuses "we are short 1 staff today" IMO that should not mean you do not finish preparing our meals, I would expect it to take a little longer thats all :-)

Its nice sitting and having your food here. We ordered some spaghetti and egg benedict for lunch but it took so long to wait for some reason... and about my spaghetti, I have never seen the type of noodles before....it looked like udon noodle and was still hard undercooked. it was awkward....

Good wine / drinks list and nice menu. Expensive for portion size however. Gnocchi main had 8 pieces of gnocchi for instance. Nice as an occasional, not a regular.

Always great coffee mineral water. and Sunday papers. Went today... Saturday 2nd Feb.. Stayed for a few hours... Once again a stack of papers available... Unlike many who often only have one...and Source Cafe who had none.. Americano very nice and also flat white.
