M.My go to coffee place when working in town. They do great coffee. $5 for flat white or pay $40 for a prepaid card and get 2 free. Nice views of the water if you are eating in too

S.Good for water views in the sun, over simple eats with a coffee. We had smashed avocado on sourdough. Nice, but very busy the day we visited!
R.Sat outside on a glorious morning, watching the UK America's Cup crew prep their boat for a sail. We had coffees, scrambled eggs and salmon and the bircher muesli. There was a whole heap more muesli than the last time I visited, which was a good thing. The food arrived quickly and was very nice.

S.Stopped at Rushworth for a breakfast. Very clean but the cooked breakfast was ordinary and expensive.
C.Sure was humming early. Fab coffee, fab food (such a small kitchen!) fab view. Even gave the kiwi nod "hello" to my hero Peter Burling, and got same back!
