M.Vitally needed at lockdown level 4 - the espresso shot - to be like a barista one. And here it is, delivered in lockdown beautifully - the best experience you could wish for. Delicious, multiply adjustable flavours and choices at the press of a button, stored for future and easily repeatable. Best choice made for ages. Heavenly!
P.Great service. Very quick delivery. Great to have the grinding and tamping all done automatically. Still playing around with coffee bean preference and trying to master frothing milk using wand.This machine has a milk carafe, but it only makes big bubbly froth which doesn't really work with a flat white or latte, hence trying to froth milk ourselves to get the micro bubbles. Apart from that, happy with our purchase.
S.Very pleased with the coffee machine and the delivery was quick. Coffee and jug not sent first time but quickly fixed with no drama. Great to deal with.
T.I've used Segafredo Zanetti a couple of times now, for parts for an old coffee machine, and then for a new coffee machine (Gaggia Besana) when the old one finally gave up the ghost. their service is always friendly and reasonably priced (old coffee machine parts are never a bargain). I'm super happy with my new Gaggia Besana machine, Coffee beans to cup with a minimal footprint (more coffee per cup than Nespresso, and no capsule waste)

C.These guys were great to deal with - I ordered some hot chocolate powder during lockdown and decided on click and collect. After ordering, the lovely staff gave me a follow up phone call talking me through their click and collect procedure. They were so nice to talk to and very organised with their processes for lockdown. I would highly recommend them, and if you’re after a good hot chocolate definitely order the big bag of Evil Child - that stuff is the best!

S.Highly recommended. Best price in the country for the La Pavoni I wanted. Staff were really helpful in store when I went to view it before buying online. They had to give me the display model of grinder but were upfront about it and compensated for the inconvenience, even though it was still in perfect condition.
H.great tea, good quick delivery however tbags should have been packaged better than just being in a the courier bag, box was ripped dented and useless for storage on arrival.

A.Ordered the Gaggia Anima Deluxe, the customer service was very friendly and replied my questions promptly, however a little bit disappointed with the product as it doesn't include the pannarello milk frother or milk frothing jug. So i have to buy some accessories separately. Expect them to be included as the machine isn't very cheap.

C.I tried this retailer twice and found the service poor. The first visit I was barely acknowledged for around 5 minutes (meanwhile other people arrived and were given instant attention) maybe my age of 30 is not their target demographic, when finally asked if I needed help, the information given was not overly helpful. Even though they ended up having the product I wanted I did not buy I was that unhappy. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went returned only to get pretty much the same service again (maybe slightly better). In saying this their products and range are good

D.Segafredo is my new favourite shopping experience in Auckland! In two visits I researched and bought an espresso machine. I met 4 staff, all of whom were helpful, friendly and clearly passionate about coffee. Both visits I had one of my kids with me and they love the place too. What could have been a boring shopping experience for kids was not boring at all thanks to the fluffies and hot chocolates the staff offered them whilst I was shopping. Thanks Segafredo, I can't wait to come back!
W.The coffee used to be sooo much better but I've changed to another provider recently due to a sudden bitterness coming into their blends. I've not interacted with them on the coffee machines but the staff have always been very helpful. It's a shame that the coffee quality went down hill (in my opinion at least).
