Friendly staff and efficient service during covid restrictions. Great hot chocolate :) Only downfall was that the shared carpark was littered with lots of McDonald's takeaway rubbish which had been dumped from several cars. Not the cafes problem but didn't give a good look.

Mean breakfast here (big brekkie) will try lunch one day, don’t usually do West for Kai (Shorie) but was in area and pretty stoked with this place. Will drop in again for a breakfast, cheers. My daughter and I go there sometimes for the usual breakfast or lunch. I absolutely love the atmosphere of the great customer service vibe. Very friendly husband and wife and by far the best in the west. Quality menu is great, prices just right. It is hard to find a cafe that will make soya hot chocolate just the way I like.

Sierra Cafe Lincoln Road has got to be the best Sierra Cafe in New Zealand. The drinks and food are exceptional. The staff and service are absolutely amazing, very friendly and caring. They know their customers on first name basis which is pretty special, I reckon and only too pleased to help It is a busy Cafe and deservedly so, too. Great clientele as well. If it was up to me to give out Cafe Awards, Sierra Cafe Lincoln Road would win, hands down, with Honours.

Delicious smoothies and frappes! I have special memories of picking up smoothies from Sierra for our late elderly neighbour/landlord. They were genuinely one of the only things that made him smile in his last few months fighting cancer 🌼

Surprisingly enjoyed it here! A few minor things, like the tea pots both were difficult to pour, but not enough so that I'd rate it 4 *'s. The food was actually a lot better than I expected, the 5-grain bread was delicious, the bacon was tasty, and the staff we a lot more friendly than I was expecting. You could tell they enjoyed working there and wanted to make the meal enjoyable, and it really made a difference. Price was average, ~$40 for a big breakfast for two with drinks and a couple extra hash browns (Which were probably some of the nicest hash browns I've had in a while). Overall really worth checking out if you want a breakfast out west!

Richard, Grace and team are the welcoming hosts at Sierra Cafe, Henderson. This is truly a home away from home. You are welcomed to come in from the busyness of life for a relaxing break, for a delicious beverage and a home cooked meal. We love pancakes, kumara chips and the Lincoln Burger and fries. Lots of parking and located near the warehouse and Waitakere Hospital.

Excellent parking - a common problem is with Lincoln Road is that it can be difficult to get in and out of stores along Lincoln. Thankfully they have traffic lights that lead into the cafe carpark. Lovely staff and I'm not a coffee drinker, I love their hot chocolates and breakfast menu.

Like all cafes, pretty expensive. But if youre on Lincoln road its hard to find a place that you can chill and drink coffee without being asked to move. Gets pretty busy on the weekends though.
