H.Staff on Monday 1st Nov afternoon are so sweet and friendly. We got two Caramel Frappuccino and one Cold brew. Absolutely loved the drinks and staff!! Definitely going back! Thank you :)

E.Been here plenty of times and the customer service is amazing. There's this one person, Sheldon who always is willing to help and he even knows my name. And the drinks and food is good as always :)
N.Placed and ordered online but instead got something else. When I bought it up with a staff and he asked the person who made it she responded I will make it last im doing the other orders, are you kidding me !? Firstly you get the order wrong than have an attitude about it. Saying that I would give Credit to the nice guy who went out of his way make my order.
U.Such friendly staff! The Starbucks app was acting up for today’s reusable cup day but everyone was super helpful :) also a very cozy looking store
M.Awesome visit. Had problem with app ordering online during lockdown and when showed it to the staff, i couldnt get name the lovely nice girl from the islands working there was able to instantly sort my app problem and afterwards she made the best Frappuccino i had in ages. Totally amazing staff service.
J.The lady who serves up the orders once they're done is so polite and warming, she serves every order with a nice greeting, and the staff do really good, even when orders get them backed up, they're worth it 👍

M.I had a few coffees along those years which was bitter. However, most of the time it is really good. Recently I tried the new "pop star " pumpkin spicy late and it is to die for.
M.For the first time ever, the coffee we bought tasted horrible from Starbucks Botany. I went with my husband and another friend, they ordered two caramel frapuccino with cream and without and I ordered iced salted caramel cloud macchiato. They got their orders first and it tasted soo different and bland unlike previous times. For some reason they totally forgot my order and continued to serve other people, I had to wait till some person in the team realized that they missed mine and asked this other lady to make it.
When I finally got my Macchiato it was horrible. Consistency was totally off. It was surprising as the last time my friends tasted it, it was soo good and they recommended it to me and my first time trying it was just something was different I could tell. They even tried from my drink and they felt so sorry for me that it was different than the last time they tried it. Put off for sometime but hope to go to Sylvia park branch for a fix next time.

F.It's coffee. It's ok. I personally prefer other coffee providers who have much better coffee. It comes down to choice and this is not my choice. Don't hate it just don't care much for it.
K.Great place, got amazing drinks and snacks and is a great place to go! Sadly they do not not have many gluten free snack options, and the line can sometimes be long, but it's worth it!

B.I work at botany so I go to Starbucks a lot and 9/10 times Sheldon serves me. He always has a very bubbly, happy and inviting appearance and its nice to be able to talk to someone who seems like they genuinely care about the customer service :) The other staff are amazing too I just didn't get their names!
