Starbucks is amazing. It would be nice if they got some new drinks in but the last drinks I've been getting have been very good. I wish it was open later, until at least 5.30 not 5.

Always attractive and addictive to come to Starbucks, great coffee and service. Friendly staff at the opening, few people at 8am in a Saturday morning. Comfy chairs at the back helps healing a tired soul. Toilets were clean and decent. Just few steps from the shore, nice to take some time to read and relax.

Great location, friendly staff and fast service. Expect a long queue out the door during peak hours. Ample seats on this site and plenty parking spaces nearby. Have been a repeat customer over the years.

Very average, coffee wasnt anything special. I ordered iced coffee and it was literally just that. No cream or blending or anything. The cinnamon bun was stale.

Nicely located place for anyone to visit and have a coffee. A stereotypical Starbucks cafe like anywhere else. Very friendly service.

Coffee was good, service excellent. Could only be served at the door but was not treated like a leper.

They are currently operating a click and collect service and when you get to the entrance, it's all blocked off to prevent entrance to anybody and you can put your order in, the young lady that took my order, stood about 3 metre away and then they only operate with paywave, which is excellent. All customers were well spaced outside at reccomend distances. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was quick and professionally done. Reccomend to all future customers, lots of parking for your vehicle. Come and support your local business and community.

Everytime I go to a Starbucks, I am always a little apprehensive about giving my name over to the server as my name would often get butchered. I've had "Moarna" and other misspellings and mispronunciations of my name so I would usually give Mo as my "Starbucks" name. This was during pre-Covid when noone was wearing face masks that got in the way of communication. Today I went in for a cold drink, I gave my name as clearly as I could with my mask on and waited for my order. To my surprise the server called my name out and wrote my name right. She even said "Have a good day" to me in Te reo Māori which made me feel welcome. That little gesture made my day and the drink I got was pretty delicious!

My friend is pregnant and was looking for a particular drink. The barissta got it perfect. Very happy. Lovely service. Tea coffee and shake went down a treat.

I ordered white chocolate mocha and it tasted just sweet and nothing else. When I bought the same drink from Takapuna I could taste the bitterness and the sweetness together... Maybe because I had ordered a frappuccino there.

drinks are nice. One male barista though was quite rude to the young kids sitting inside. They did get drinks before, but the barista asked them to leave if they havent bought anything (with an attitude). I understand there may be situations where customers stay inside without buying anything. But this situation couldve been handled more professionally. Some room for improvement for service but the drinks are good. :) keep it up

Love this location! I am a loyal customer and visit them on a regular bases, each time I am given top quality service and my coffee is perfect. Have only had one minor visit but they took care of it and made it up in a split second! Each barista knows my order and treats me with up most customer service. I don't go to any other location just for the fact I am loyal and adore this location. I always receive a 5 star quality service, a smile, small talk and a compliment which no other location has given. I don't know what to say! They are the best coffee place I have ever run into, never will ANYONE catch me in any other coffee store. Best know they will never lose me! I applied once to work there and got shut down, most people would hate them and despise the company but rest assured I still come. I still tip the staff. And I still get the best service each and every single time. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

Starbucks speaks for itself in relation to popularity! I love the cozy atmosphere & friendly staff at Browns Bay Starbucks. You can sit, enjoy your coffee & get some of those important Emails sent off - in a private & comfy setting. There's some great variations on your standard cappuccino. Be sure to try them out. My favourite is a dash of hazelnut added. Delicious! There's a selection of cakes & nibbles to accompany your cuppa. Ample seating outside so you can take in the sea views or just enjoy the fresh air! My favourite little nook. Thanks to the staff. Keep on doing what you're doing!

It is a Starbucks... coffee is exactly as you'd expect and they deliver to the Starbucks 'feel' with customer service. Lacks the authenticity of the more local cafes in Browns Bay (and NZ vs. USA coffee).

We went around 4-5pm, wasn't that busy it was very calm and quite and the coffees there were yummy, the foods were also good 😋 I recommend coffee lovers to visit this place and enjoy their coffee / food.

What can anyone say about Starbucks Great Coffee and a nice place to relax in. I love Starbucks. And the staff are just great

Absolutely loved our drinks today! I had a green tea latte and my wife had a soy cappuccino with a shot of hazelnut. Both drinks were top class and worth the trip out to Browns Bay this morning.

Had the toasted smore marshmallow frappe. Absolutely amazing! Really yummy on a hot day, I had the tall size which was more than enough because of the sweetness of the drink. It's sweet but worth the extra time in the gym 😉

Only 2 baristas on during Happy Hour doesnt seem like good service/management. Had to wait for a while for my drink. Drink was delicious though.

Service was good, they were more than willing to remake my caramel macchiato after they burnt the coffee in it the first time.

Incredibly lovely girl working, believe her name is Yaz, she is an asset to your team. However, the male barista working was rather rude.. I have been a regular at this store and for about 3 months now and this young man was quite impatient towards me and other customers.. will take my loyalty to other stores as customer service is better elsewhere (Yaz being an exception, she is always so kind and friendly to me)

Staff are amazing, can ask for really specific orders and they'll do it. They manage so well when it's really busy too

Located on Clyde Rd. Home to many cafes. Drinks are good. Service is ok. Wifi subpar. Don't rely on wifi connectivity here. Ambience ok. Set up is nice, but furniture is old and run-down.

Fast friendly service. They get your name wrong, but it is (kinda) part of the gimmick. Same menu found here as other Starbucks found across New Zealand.
