Went today around 4pm with my younger brother and the service was amazing. The lady who served us was beyond kind and helped us so much with the starbucks app and our order in general!! The lines were extremely long today, yet the wait time for our drinks was much shorter than expected - maybe 6 mins or so. Not only was customer service beyond delightful, but the frappes tasted great too! 5/5 from me :D

Had to download the app to order online, no counter sales. Payment system means you have to top up an online card, can't pay the actual amount directly with your credit card. Online menu is a pretty silly layout and items in the cabinet weren't listed. However, the overworked, overwhelmed (only 2 staff) were fabulous, friendly, helpful, apologetic, and our food and drinks were delicious.

Used to love the cinnamon buns here but they have changed the receipe and its dry and tastes more like a Anzac bun. Hot drinks still great though.

I visited here on sunday morning (30/09). The staffs were nice. The male staff who dyed his hair with yellow was really nice and made good coffee. In addition the woman staff (lovely pink hair) provided me with extra whipped cream when I asked. Thanks!!🤩 As a person who also works in the hospitality field, I was impressed by them.Want to visit again:)

I placed an order for my favourite coffee via the APP. When it’s ready in the APP, I went to the store to pick it up. Then I realised I forgot to change the store settings, and I ordered it to another store. That was totally my mistake. The lovely lady at the New Lynn store made me a new one for free of charge. This is what customer service means. Thanks again.

Always have a good coffee from here. The staff are always friendly and make consistently good coffees so can recommend.

I ordered a Flat white and got a lot of milk foam as I was adding sugar for steering my cup asked the server to change my drink happy to help. Had to stay a bit longer because of busy day. I wish they used double shot of espresso for tall cup of Flat White.

lovely customer service, performed beyond expectation! just realized got a freebie from my loyalty card, then the Starbucks lady offered if i would like to upgrade the size since i have a free one. also being able to pay attention to details asked my allergies, this is bit uncommon in Auckland! I appreciate a lot! lovely customer experience.

The coffee and food are good. I don't like the new bench seating area though. Much less restful and no separation from others. Having power points under the bench is good though.

The young man on main counter was polite, friendly even said thankyou for using the covid scan. Mocha was hot with a dash of cream in the middle. Table and seat were clean.

The changes are great, much needed. Seating is far to close for my liking,not a great deal of space. But I love the coffee and the staff are great,even when things get tough.🙂

Totally enjoy the Coffee, the staff are excellent, they must be I visit every day, it's my chance to unwind.

Only complaint is they need to be louder at calling when drinks ready. A lot of background noise cause of being in a mall. This is an issue. If your hearing impared you wouldn't know if your drink was ready. Suggestion: microphone or screen display

Place was clean. Even though there were only two staff behind the counter, the cashier was courteous and made known exactly how long it would take to get my order.

The cappacino was hot, right blend, well ground and not bitter. Yes, a definite to go there again. Staff friendly and hospitable. Recommended for a well rounded coffee.

i got a large hot white chocolate and chocolate muffin. they were both delicious but feel that the muffin was a bit to rich for my liking

Good service from the young staff members, always helpful with navigating the online apps and in-store specials. Really like the app and the offers that pop up.

I just love these guys, nothing is too hard for them and they are great that we arrive and they have already started to make our orders.... love them best coffee house in Auckland and I'm an ex bristia and confirmed coffee lover.

5 stars from me. Recently visited Starbucks Lynmall on Friday 24.11.17 The cashier "Hannah" served me. A nice smile, great conversation capped off with a top notch White Chocolate Mocha. Recently sent feedback direct to Starbucks asking to pass my compliments onto the staff. Great service, great brews and great smiles. Loyal customer. BooBoo

It is a little hit or miss at this location. Today was excellent. I really would like to see a dedicated store instead of it being in the middle of a walk through. A little tacky.

Just another pop up Starbucks café. Could have labelled what blended drinks are served hot and cold (e.g. thinking you're getting a hot mocha but get a cold one).

Is this a training spot for new staff? I mean they are friendly and all, but keeps messing up your drink. Just the minor things like ice in frappuccinos no properly blend, still has finger size ice cubes in, or just too much ice and unable to drink from straws.
